My point is this situation needs to be monitored day-to-day. If you have friends, that are on-the-ground in Europe, asking them how the situation is at this exact moment is pointless. Italy is an example of how quickly things can escalate. Italy was fairly lax about this coronavirus just a few weeks ago. Now in some towns it is martial law, I am told.
