I had a quick internet browse and unless I misread it, I count over 100 countries with borders closed, and yet to see one that has reopened.

Starting Tuesday, all boarders are closed, no more international flights for 30 days and the entire country enters in 19 days of full quarantine.

The borders have been closed, and I was told by a very intelligent professional woman that the quarantine will be until April 15. I'm hoping that's correct, I had to cancel my April 8th trip and I am planning to reschedule it for April 16.

Same here in Medellin. This situation is a reminder it's important to have a collection of contacts at all times. I expect my phone to really light up after a couple of days. So far it's only been a little more than normal.

My whatsapp already started sparking yesterday here in Medellin, the first real quarantine day, and has continued through today, probably 6 or 7 from my stable with some of them I have known for a few years already, YES they are already very worried about the future as in what today holds out.

Looks like my choice of whom I shall spend considerable time with during this quarantine has boiled down to a really super cute and fun 19 yo Venezuelan whom I have spent time with before. Here are the latest updated: starting today, ALL BARS AND NIGHTCLUBS OF COLOMBIA ARE CLOSED as well as any social event with more than 50 people.
