Amen! Just to clarify, the ONLY reason I went for this type of arrangement was because of the quarantine and uncertainty, for me, at least.

SURFER, I had already tried everything you recommended, prior to you suggestions. I needed a miracle. The Centro idea is certainly valid, but I just wasn't comfortable enough with the fluid situation to jump in a taxi and go see what the scene was like. I'm not really a centro guy to begin with, and before the quarantine, I saw 10 middle-eastern guys getting their documents checked right in the middle of Botero Plaza. So, maybe this newfound freedom will inspire me to go check it out, now. I have 4 forms of ID with me, so hopefully, the all end in different numbers.

I had a few beers, jumped in the hot tub, and scoured WhatsApp. Unfortunately, half are out of town, and the willing all happen to be Monday / Thursday girls. I'll receive a list in the morning, and maybe go against my norm, which is typically not paying the over-priced pimpette fee.

As far as ID's, you say you have four forms of them.

So I am curious as to what type of ID do you think a Colombian official might accept. The only two I can think of for use during the lock-down for someone who is not a Citizen would either be a Cedula or Passport.

I do not envision the Colombian Government accepting as an example a driver's license, a USA Passport Card, or a USA Sentri Card as you can only enter the Colombia with a Passport as a foreigner coming from say North America or Europe.

Additionally, for those on this board who have Cedula's, and present your Passport if asked for, I suppose if they looked at your entry stamp into the Country and noted what type of visa you had, as an example for residents, they would mark it as Resident, this might raise a red flag with them asking for your Cedula.

Am I missing something here? Maybe some other members know more or can further clarify as to what I think.

Question about SA. If you are only going to use SA in Colombia or outside the country is there any harm in posting your real picture taken as a selfie from your phone. They can't trace the picture and find your real name. What's the harm in using your real picture if nobody in the US will see it. I know why people using a SA in America don't want to post a picture because a coworker or family member could see it. IN Colombia I would think you would get more dates and responses if they can see your face, race and build. What is everyone's opinion on this that uses SA.

I have no photos available to the public, I keep them all private. Also all photos are one off's, not used on anything other than SA. One is from a work conference stock photo with me giving a speech in a suit, the others are professional quality "I had a SB who did photography" & are of me in various professional dress, casual dress, plus a couple of vacation photos in Barcelona & San Francisco. Better service or better looking? On my last trip to medellin, I learned that service trumps looks for me 9/10 times.
