I don't think you have overpaid at all, the normal price for a good TLN in Medellin with two 18 year olds is 350 k each (you have to buy tussi, whiskey, beer, weed, and food separately, all these will typically cost more than the girls), although the service you have described is a bit subpar, but 200 k each is completely normal. There are people who are willing to pay 700 k for a extremely subpar 4-hour service from a 26 year old gusto girl.
