It's not an apples to apples comparison Killer. Club girls and the majority of girls on MR operate within a totally different business model. Because club girls are available at x price during the day doesn't mean that MR girls should also be available at or around those prices and at those times. Your logic is flawed. I would break it down by category of girls on MR as I see it (a few outliers excluded):

(1) Firstly a significant number on MR are agency girls (Caucasian). I am thinking Cleopatra, Russian Angels, UAE Mens Club etc. Agencies have overheads and margins. Naturally this increases the price. These girls are often in town briefly and their trips are sometimes organized (and by definition are advertised) on their behalf. Either that or they are high end and want the relative hassle free operational benefits of an agent, or access to the contacts an agent has with wealthier / reliable clients. They might head to Zuma or Five of an evening but if you want what you see on MR as a first time buyer with no prior history with that agency, then good luck negotiating the price. An exception is seeing the girl and then, if the girl agrees, cutting out the middle man for a second visit. We all know that the agencies are, on a sliding scale as between themselves, the most expensive option. Choose it if you wish. As a side note, many will now share non photoshopped photos and videos (like many of the London agencies) so you can in fact see what you're buying.

(2) the second crew is the organized Asian clan (think JLT or MT girls). Here I agree that a discount is generally negotiable, especially for regulars.
