I viewed a few HD Youtubes of Parque Lleras and El Centro on large screen TV. There were many street girls leaning on walls of many streets. How could you vote for the green? In politics, you vote for the lesser of 2 evils. IE.

If you want a leader who hasn't taken or given bribes, hasn't lied to get into office, hasn't stolen elections etc, well, there is a political system that will give you a good chance of that type of leader. A monarchy. Someone appointed to lead who is there by accident and has never stolen an election, lied to win the election or taken bribes to get elected, like the King of Thailand, or Japan or Queen Elizabeth. My theory is what I call the "bully mentality". Trump is a textbook case of a bully. People react to bullies mainly in two ways. You either confront and stand up to the bully, or you join the bully so as to be on the "winning team". The wealthy only support trump because he's giving them their tax cuts and basically does everything he can to transfer wealth into the hands of the already wealthy. They don't care about all his ra ra ra Make America Great crap, they just want trump to show them the money, and he's delivered on that. Then you have the middle class mostly white masses who fell for trump's tough guy "strongman" tactics and they see him as their champion who's going to fight for them and put red-blooded white Americans back in their rightful place of. I'm not sure exactly. And neither are they, but they still foolishly believe in him and think that he has their best interests at heart. Middle class white people are evidently pretty easy to win over, all you have to do is consistently say derogatory things about "immigrants", "ms13", "isis", "muslims", and of course "China". It doesn't matter in the least if anything you say is actually true or not, that's irrelevant. The strongman bully brings out the inner toughguy bully in people and if executed properly they will follow you to hell and back. Why do you think Germans fanatically followed adolf hitler all the way to the bitter end? Why do you think Venezuelans who still worship a dead hugo chavez are willing to starve and endure extreme hardships so as to carry on his "socialist" legacy? Truth be told most people don't really want freedom and democracy. They want to be told what to do. They want a strong figure to worship and bow down to. And trump would absolutely love nothing more than to be the one to fill that role.

Another thing to consider is that Kennedy is the first and only Roman Catholic to be president. We all know old people vote while young people talk a lot. There's a reason why nearly every candidate is terrified to even broach the subject of reducing social security benefits or increasing the cost of medicare. Old people back then had a bias against a Catholic for fear the office of the president would be under the thumb of the Pope and Rome. Kennedy would probably have won by a landslide had he been Protestant.

Well, you've been reading my old trip reports, where I go on and on about Soriana's Mexican Cheesecakes.

This Mexican cheesecake is not like the super sweet and super rich cheesecake sold in the states. Instead it looks and tastes somewhat like a big, dried-out flan. Soriana sells them inside two-piece containers, much like you would pick up and cherry pie or a pumpkin pie in a United States grocery store. So kid licks probably not a concern.

Even when my room does not have a kitchenette, my women expect there to be those 35 pesos cheesecakes to eat and take part home with them. Renata stopped eating slices in front of me, she would just take the whole pie home to her (now deceased) novio.
