I wouldn't get my hopes up about visiting Premier or Red Square, clubs and bars are going to be the last venues to open up (they were also among the first to be closed) and it won't be any time soon. With tourism already set to be massively down this year, basically a write off, there is also no real reason or incentive to open the clubs or bars, just not worth the risk.

Let me start with an apology for not being an active contributor here. I have been following this site for years, but was kind of lazy to write up something. Nevertheless, this post might be useful for those who loves having shisha and don't mind having a quickie as well.

There is this place in Deira called "Furj Al Murar" having at least 200 shisha cafes lined up. Covering entire street. Many a time, when venturing in Freej Murar (keep away from it as it is close to Naif, seemingly one of the hotspots of the COVID in DXB) I have always thought that they were scams and rarely met Ethiopians willing to provide BBJ.
