The following are my opinions. I have no special insight nor high level political or law enforcement contacts within the DRGOV.

I read Medina announced foreigners can arrive July 5th. After reading how expensive Cancun is, DR is still my go to destination for a several week trip. I also read Medina announced Bars and Clubs won't open till August 24. The link is here https://coronavirusrd.gob.do/2020/05/... .

Thing is fellas, this phase one of openings has to be a success, because if anything goes wrong that spooks the health or govt officials they will revoke the phase one openings, and there won't be any phase two until it's deemed safe.

The OP is dead on point with his assessment. That means all of the dates that are currently being put out are optimistic best case scenario dates. They are soft (like tits and pussy as opposed too hard like our dicks) dates.

I really enjoy the bar scene and this would really suck for me if they enforce this strictly. I have virtually no contacts from my trips. Maybe I could dig up a few numbers from my whatsAPP. I would still come just to put a rotation together like you have, however this is not ideal for me. How strictly do you think they will enforce the bars and clubs remaining closed in both SD and Sosua? Do you think there will be known spots to day game for pros and semi-pros in these locations?

Sosua, I got nothing for you. Maybe the King of Sosua or the Xman will chime in? Better yet you may need to post up this question in the Sosua forum. The King of Sosua is a little territorial. He gets a little testy when I don't kiss his mother fucking ring. And his egg catapults always miss. Known parabolic path (simple math). I just step out the way. LOL!

I think there will be enforcement of the law. The most popular bars and clubs are high profile locations. Difficult to open and remain under the radar with the ebb and flow of people you need to make a business like that work. Now, one door "speak easy" type places I am sure are operating right now. Do I know where they are? I do not. And I am not afraid to admit that. It's not my scene. Do I know which casas are still operating right now? Damn straight I do!

Day game at malls are in play. Once they are in full swing again. University is closed until the start up in the fall. Anywhere there are girls there is as opportunity for day game. Your Spanish has to be tight if you are pulling from bars and nightclubs in Santo Domingo. So day game should be a option for you anytime you leave your hotel room. You pull girls with day game with the lights on, no music blaring, no special make up and outfits. I like my girls in lingerie and nude anyway. Every girl has to go to the store grocery store, clothing stores and malls. Not every girl goes to bars / nightclubs. So the idea the the hottest girls can only be found in the clubs. Well, I reject that idea.

Right now with everyone using masks you pay a lot more attention to body language and listen very closely during conversations. I have not done a single cold approach during the SOE. I'm not sure how invading the social spaces of others in regular social setting would go over right now. Maybe others who live local can give us some insight into that?

Maybe I ll do two weeks in Cancun beginning of July and then hit DR up is what I am thinking. As far as I know, these are the only two locations which will be open to travel.

Great plan my man. If you like it, I love it! Why? Because it is based on what it you want. Not the opinion of all the swinging dicks posting up in here (including mine). It makes perfect sense to make sure the entertainment venues that you will enjoy will be open for your trip. And we will not actually know that date until is announced in the future.

I would also like to travel. But it is not a driving need as I am happy living here in Republica Dominicana. I made a decision to STAY in Republica Dominicana when the entire COVID-19 broke bad. Living under the SOE has not been fun. But from the reports I have received from my friend in my country of origin. I am very happy with my decision.

With all due respect Njoean197. I have been giving my "boots on the ground" perspective since the SOE kicked in. Mr. E an off islander spouting his opinion of a situation that I live in. I consider him a man in the arena. Let him tell you about where he lives. I will tell you about where I live.

I have been to half a dozen towns within two hours of Santo Domingo since they opened up the SOE (longer hours on the street, more businesses open). And can tell you the atmosphere is one of NO FEAR here. Think: "who let the dogs out"? Cause they running. Traffic is back. Not as heavy as before. But you can no longer roll a bowling ball down major streets and not hit anyone. People are out with their masks, some with gloves going on about their lives. Including me! I have visited medical professionals, gotten take out several times and been shopping for goods and services (no line to get into my favorite stories now). I was at one business where the owner threw in one of the things I wanted for free they were so happy I was there buying. That has never happened the entire time I have lived in this country.

Take a look at the numbers of detainees for curfew violations. Do you think the people of the DR are scared of coronavirus? They are not even scared of the law and the police enforcing it. My thoughts, when they are allowed to do it the majority of people of the DR are going to do it. The energy is pent up like a pressure cooker without a vent. That is my impression of the situation on the ground here in Republica Dominicana.

I cannot predict the future but right now the providers that I like are available. What is not available are cabanas. I like to meet in cabanas for reasons I have covered in the General Information forum. But providers are still available if you have contacts with them. They will meet you at the spot by appointment. Some of the small apartment based casas are in full swing. I do not need the King of Sosua telling me what to do down here. They are advertising on Skokka.

I do not know how you like to roll. I like day game, online game, casa game, street game and as some others have put it I have a strong Whatsapp team. I've had one since 30 days since before moving to the island. I reject all the assertions that you cannot find good pussy online. It has not been a problem for me. So, I figure it is personal preferences. I am not a nightclub / bar guy. I take my girls to night clubs and bars. I do not goto one to find a girl. To each their own. But I will tell you one thing. I will not be going to a bar or nightclub after they open. Only my favorite restaurants for take out. I like to keep my close contact circle small. And I did that even before COVID-19 became an issue. I will only risk contact with the general public in the stories that I frequent, my gym and theater. But those are the things I did before.

Finally, I got half a dozen girls trying to get with me. Most cannot because public transportation is shut down (city to city). But some of the some of the local ones have finally just come out and said "let's do it in your vehicle" cause they say they need a 1000 DOP just to eat. And do you know this is what happened after I ignored, ignored I say numerous money requests from them. You see, I have my rotation girls and I have my booty call girls. None of my rotation girls, that is right, not one has asked me for money. Cause they know better. Only my booty call girls have been doing that. I ignored the give me something requests. Now, I have offers I am considering.

I am not telling anyone what to do. I am telling you what I see and what I do. I am "boots on the ground" in Republica Dominicana. I have been for the entire SOE. Who said: "Study long, study wrong". LOL!

Well lets be clear, I care about 3 things if I am coming to the DR. Can I get decent accommodations / hotels open? Are the clubs, bars, casinos open? Most importantly-are girls filling up these bars / clubs? If no tourists come in right away, will there be girls out? I don't know, logic says they will only be out if the tourists are there for them to make money off of. Will tourists from the US / Europe / Canada have the money and desire to want to travel right out the gate with a degree of uncertainty still unknown. Again I don't know. Personally I am willing to risk it, but how many tourists are out there looking to hunt as bad as I am.

I am basing this information off reading on the forums and watching some update videos on youtube. I know not the best sources, but I can understand the logic of waiting a few weeks to see how things pan out before jumping the gun, spending time and money and then not being satisfied with your trip. Trust me I hope I am wrong and I pray shit is in line by the end of June / early July.

If you have information first hand or from people on the ground who are saying otherwise, please let us know. Like I said, personally I am willing to risk it. Just like Mr. E said though, there is risk involved in jumping the gun and not waiting for the ideal time. Money and time that can't be replaced for some.

Yea I was thinking Cancun, Mexico. Anyone have experience there. I heard its all college kids.

The more I research into what's going on in the DR, the more I am realizing a trip may not be worth the hassle for some time. Bars will not be open right away even if flights to the DR are landing. Even if the Bars and Clubs are open, word is a lot of people won't have the money to be drinking and partying there anyway.

Bars, restaurants, hotels and flights are scheduled to be opened in the last phase. Soft date of July 5, 2020. Who is telling you people do not have money to party? It is a rhetorical question brother. I just hope you are getting your information from someone on the island and not from an off islander reporting second hand what "his girl" is telling him. I disagree with the idea that people will not have money to party. Anyone saying that is not in the Dominican Republic right now and does not have any idea of what culture is like here. Speaking from someone who is currently on the island and has been since the SOE due to the public health emergency generated by coronavirus.

Any advice on where to monger in July / August would be greatly appreciated from anyone who wants to throw out some destinations. I even contemplated doing a 2 week quarantine to get into Cambodia for a hot second. Asians just don't do for me though haha.

Stop disappointing yourselves. Wait until places are up and running and all the new rules are put in place, THEN decide where and when you are going. Everybody keeps trying to put the cart before the horse.

Here in Thailand shit changes by the hour. One hour pools will be able to open Sunday. Next hour pools will not be able to open Sunday. Next hour pools will be able to open Sunday but only 15 people at a time and 2 hour time limit. Don't subject yourself to that kind of uncertainty trying to be a first comer somewhere. Last thing you want to do is to hop into some country and realize you have just wasted a bunch of time and money.

No way in hell I am spending my vacation in the states after this fucking quarantine. Wether its DR, Mexico, Cuba, doesn't matter, but I am absolutely not wasting my vacation time this summer. As soon as one of these countries give the green light, I am in and will make the most of it.

I'm with you. If the country is open, and I'm allowed to go, I'm going to go. I'm an opportunity guy and make the best of any situation. It's going to be more difficult for a lot of people, but for the mongers who are there and places that are open, it's going to be open fucking-hunting season.

I was planning on Colombia for a long term trip of around 5-6 weeks, but Colombia is now closed until September. DR is now up. Hopefully I can get in around early July. Just started Pimsleur and I am really looking forward to an epic trip. The fucking memories I made my first few trips are priceless and worth their weight in gold as you know. Hopefully Sosua has a few Chica bars open back up, but I am planning on spending more time in SD and hopefully Santiago and Boca Chica as well. I got to stop being lazy and get the premium subscription, just wish BITCOIN wasn't so complicated haha.

I feel you, I was booked from April to September in Medellin. The DR and Florida are too hot for summer but the temperatures in Medellin are perfect year round.

I really like how serious Colombia is taking covid 19, but my people there are a little pissed. You only get an hour outside every day. They have days for basic runs according to your last number on your license. The police are issuing fines for violators.

Great report. From 2008 to 2013, Santo Domingo kicked my ass and I would run to Sosua. I hated SD.

When I moved to Boca Chica, the beach town got boring quick to me. Most expats drank all day and bragged about banging 500 peso skanks, not my scene. A few expats would go to SD to hangout with other expats, primarily in Zona colonial / Gascue. Those SD expats were a different breed living life in the big city. They took me under their wing and I fell in love with SD.

The key to SD is to know some Spanish and spend at least a couple months there. Spending a week twice a year makes SD hard. You also have to get out and visit local spots. All of SD is safe during the day if you have street sense. After midnight in a bario without being connected is dangerous.

Sosua: Sosua is awesome and its as easy as it can get to pull working girls. Sosua is kinda grimy though and there are alot of girls that are in the 5-6 range. There are definately girls in the 7-8 range, but you got to weed through a lot of grimy wgs to find them. Sosua is good for a weekend or maybe two weekends, but beyond that you will get board. I have been there twice and I would only recommend it for a beginner because its so easy. Girls will approach you all day long, only problem is that most of them will be in that 5-6 range and you won't want to waste your time with them. I did have a hot Dominican bartender ask to take me home on my first night, but I had to wait till 3 am for her to get done work and I couldn't wait that long, so you probably can pick up some waitresses or bartenders that are "semi-pros".

Santo Domingo: I think if your going to run solo in SD or even with a group, you or someone your with should speak Spanish. I still had a very good time on my trips, It gets annoying going back and forth on google-translate and its hard to approach in clubs and bars if you don't speak the language. SD is def alot harder to pick of non-pros and semi-pros than Sosua. Put its just alot easier to pick them up at Jaragua Casino. I didn't put full effort into that scene either and I think if I just had a wingman, I probably would have done alot better.

I would say overall the DR take some time to master and speaking spanish is the real key. , I would say for me at least, Without money or speaking spanish, you will not just walk into a bar and fuck what ever girl you look at unless she is a hardcore pro. Most of the hardcore pros your not going to want to mess with anyway. .

Maybe my experience can help you Twentyone or any other guy thinking of getting into a DR monger trip. I am in my mid 30's here, white, taller, decent looking guy, have money. Speak horrible Spanish. I have ok game. I was kind of in the same boat as you two years ago planning my first trip to the DR. I went solo on all my trips. I am not definately not a seasoned expert on the DR and I have only been there 4 times, each time for 5-10 days. Here's some advice and some of my experiences.

I didn't put full effort into that scene either and I think if I just had a wingman, I probably would have done alot better.

I would suggest you purchase a membership if you are going to repeatedly ask questions. It shows us you are serious about our community, plus its very cheap. We don't know if you even have a drivers license, let alone a passport. I'm going to give you advice out of respect to my world traveling wingman, Grownman.

If you are blond, fit and in your 20's, just show up. Girls go crazy wanting a baby from your type. Meeting women won't be a problem.

Whoever said learn basic Spanish is giving you great advice. The internet girls are a time consuming project with more girls just doing money requests, you have to read through that.

Everything is in transition and we can't even predict what's going to happen next month. So any info you get now might not apply. What stays the same is you being blonde, young and fit. Better learn how to use this to your advantage otherwise you will be stuck in P4P.
