You are spot on, correct on all counts. In fact, that has been the situation for nearly three weeks now. I won't be surprised to see the return of uber not long after June 1. Bars and restaurants will be the final frontier it appears. I miss them but I can live without them. Rappi and uber eats are good enough. I am thinking of swinging by chicas puntocom Sunday for a look see. I might head to Plaza Botero for exercise later and see if I can spot Medellin Mata Hari.

According to the Presidents message on Thursday night he laid out 43 exemptions along with a decree that local municipalities could opt out or modify as they see fit.

So as an example, Bello which is not part of Medellin has opted out of Pico and Cedula, meaning everything is wide open to them, at least what is open.

Another interesting exemption is under # 35 regarding exercise which states that adults can exercise two hours a day. No restriction on the hours like previously between the hours of 2 and 3 PM.

So basically that means go outside and if you get stopped, your on a walk to exercise!

So this is huge, and granted you might not be able to get into an EXITO except on your Pico and Cedula days or ride the Metro, nothing will preclude you from getting in a cab and hitting a Casa or El Centro.

On May 28 as reported by the Transport Minister, International flights would be allowed to and from Colombia, however what wasn't explained was whether, when, how or which of the origin or destination countries actually would allow such flights, or which airlines would participate, and what the entry requirements might be.

As others have been reporting, airlines have been selling tickets and cancelling, and know I am assuming the airlines will start selling tickets again. Most Countries in the world are requiring testing and a two week home quarantine for entry into their Countries.

Additionally, I can easily see the USA being on a no fly list no different than the USA putting other Countries in the world on a no fly list.

My advice is to wait, they have set a date three months in the future, and things will change and more information regarding entry requirements will be known.
