Napa, so we are talking about this girl from one of the Nightwish bars? Honestly, I don't see the tell. I think she looks pretty top of the line for a soi 6 bar girl. Now I wouldn't stake my life on one small pic, pics can deceive, but unless you have contrary personal knowledge of her, I suggest you let it go. Think you will find that there are ladyboys working in most Pattaya city bars including soi 6,and I am sure brian has not fucked all the hundreds of people he employs to know whether they are male, sex change or female.

Everybody has different health conditions and therefor will have slightly different experiences in using these drugs. That's why we should all experiment with each medication both in quantity and timing to see what works best for us individually. And this initial sampling should probably be done under your Doctor's supervision or at least with his knowledge.

After sampling Cialis and Viagra I found that I preferred Vitamin V (Sildenafil) despite it's short time limitations because it always got me rock hard. I found that after 18 months use Cialis was not always as reliable as it was in the beginning when I 1st started using it. But that is just my experience.

I have now been using Viagra &/or Sildenafil (generic) bought over the counter in BKK, Jakarta, MNL pharmacies and in the USA with a prescription for approximately 4 years now. Viagra USA and the scripted American generic seems to work best for me, but the difference is very minor. The American generic scripted medication is now the cheapest.

Regardless of whether I take a sexual enhancement or not, I prefer sex on an empty stomach because I have more energy. Eating slows me down and I get lazy on a full stomach. So I always tell my girls, 1st we boom boom and then we eat.

On an empty stomach Sildenafil starts to work for me in as little as 20 minutes. I feel that little tingle around the eyes and I know I am getting off. LOL..

Generic 100 MG Viagra is as cheap as 40 cents per pill here in the South East USA. I find if I don't end up fucking after I take one, I get a giant headache. Somebody who honestly think they "clearly" see a bulge, needs to get those eyes checked because that could be the reason why they have been selecting the poor quality chicks all along. Thais are close knit. My hotel mgr. Was friends with the ladies during my first long term trip. I think my lady reversed it and tipped her if I brought any other ladies back. The mgr. Was not exactly ethical or concerned with my privacy.

I always take 2 Tylenol 500 MG tablets with the Sildenafil to avoid any unpleasant headaches that might otherwise occur. I never had any bad side effects with Cialis, but like I said, I consider Sildenafil the better, more dependable product.

Like HorseTrader, I find that the effects of Vitamin V can last up to 24 hours. My doctor told me that this indicates I have a mild case of erectile dysfunction. Anyway. it is very good to know that I will still have power in the morning when I have a girl spend the night at my place. On those nights I will take 100mg dose just to be sure. But on those days when I am planning on doing a 2 fer ie have a girl in the afternoon and then another girl in the evening, I will take half a pill (50 MG) 20 minutes before I meet up with the afternoon girl and half a pill (50 MG) later in the evening right before I walk into a Go Go, bar or club. I have never had a problem either way.

Lastly, I usually like to have a shot or two of Tequila with my girl if she is up to it. If she is not - no problem, but I never indulge in booze solo. I can't say I ever experienced having any negative effects performance wise from vitamin V while having 4 or even 5 or 6 shots of Tequila apart from getting a little sloppy & wild, but since my girls are in the same state whenever this happens, it always been a lot of fun. hehehe.

With age planning becomes essential.

There's the Sildenafil that needs to be taken on an empty stomach. It kicks in within 45 minutes, peaks within 90 minutes and starts tapering off within 120 minutes. There's the caffein jab to be taken right before sex.

My experience with Sildenafil is similar, but I think the particulars vary for different people, here are my personal observations.

* Must take on empty stomach. 2 hours after a full meal is too soon. When taken on full stomach the effectiveness is delayed and lessened, maybe eliminated.

* It still works well if I take it only 10 minutes before a meal.

* Kick in for me is at about 60 minutes and maximum effectiveness is about 2 to 4 hours. I realize this is much longer delay for me than what other people report.

* Effect for me lingers to 24 hours. Not strong beyond the 12 hour mark. This is longer for me than many people report.

* I can't chew or melt under tongue, the taste is too terrible.

* Mexican and USA available generic Sildenafil works the same for me as real Viagra. I've had problems with Kamagra gel, sometimes works, sometimes doesn't, often gives worse headache than Viagra. I think Kamagra has quality control problems.

On a related note, Cialis works for me, but the nasty side effects last too long so I don't use it. I've tried Levitra a few times and it simply didn't work for me.

Getting old sucks, but it sure beats the alternative.
