My mistake. I was referring to opening of flights from all over world. Europe, UK airlines as well as Emirates will be allowed to fly commercial flights from few select destinations. From 7th July many European destination will open. Flights from South Asia and some other countries are still months away except the repatriation flights. The AMPS are slowly opening though there is no official announcement. Bars have not opened yet but you can book table for dining and have drink. You are not allowed to sit on bar. As per my info Clubs will open in August. So there is not much action now if your intention is to fly to Dubai for mongering.

You're right to an extent. There isn't much action out there unless you have contacts from the past. There are a lot of WG's out on the prowl looking for customers. I heard bars, clubs and sheesha places opened up and now are closed again. I think it will keep going back and forth like this. What will happen once you open up on July 7 and all Saudi's etc come back in? You're definitely going to see a spike. Obviously the Dubai government isn't stupid and they know this and they will try to mitigate the risks as much as possible but you can't eliminate it all together.

I am scheduled to visit Dubai after flights resume. So till then, I was hunting on Tinder. But looks like, it is filled with scammers. Every third profile is of a whatsapp number sending model like studio quality photos of Korean girls. Even a simple reverse image search can sort things out. But I did come across a couple of Thai ladies with very good bodies, you know very curvy and feminine who seemed genuine. But the prices they were quoting were exorbitantly high - 1600 AED for 6 hours. I have never been to Dubai before, what would be the going price for a decent looking Asian bird for a night?

I returned to Dubai for just a couple of days and thinking of a change from my regular I called Moscow to check the status of the club. It is now open but as a restaurant, until 3 am.

I assume that the girls are there and business is as usual but one needs to sit at a table and order food, which is acceptable. What I did not ask, since I have no time now and I am not planning to go eat that stinking food. I remember it from my regular visits. Is if one need to pay for the table at the normal past price or if it is being used as a normal restaurant seating.
I do not know if other clubs have changed their policy like this one

Technically 90% of the bars are restaurants with a liquor license. Sometimes when the government cracks down the bars starts to try to sell more food to just to stay open. I don't mind eating at the bars but the prices are usually outrageous like 50 for 6 pieces of over cooked dry chicken wings. No thanks I rather go to the McDonald's next door and have 3 full meals for that much money.

As you are all aware the restrictions have been lifted and bars open. I ventured out to my go to destination to catch hold of some nice chick for a wild night. I booked a hotel for just 80 AED and headed to my favorite bar hoping to play a round of pool table and to pick up someone for the night. But unfortunately they had blocked the Pool table area so had to be happy with drinks and food. Since I had picked few girls from here earlier I knew exactly where to sit and have a nice look at the collections to offer. Usually you can get them for 200 AED an hour all services included Incall. They sometimes charge 300-500 for outcalls depends on how you get their contacts (online, massage cards, spas etc.).

People should tone it down with those "end of lockdown parties" screwing it for everybody else, this isn't Mykonos.

Got pinged by a Tajiki WG. She says from today all bars and clubs will open 24/7, and that Moscow disco will also open today, same for sheesha places. She's a hardcore WG so her Intel should be accurate.

With the completion of the National sterilization program and removal of travel restrictions. It looks like the bars and clubs are all set for opening.
