La Autoridad Aeronutica Civil emiti una nueva resolucin que prorroga por 30 das ms esta medida. El plazo ser contado a partir de las 11:59 p.m. del 22 de julio de 2020.

You all still on total lockdown there?

Still locked down tight.

Some businesses have reopened mainly those governmental or the likes are somewhat working. No construction, no hospitality, no dentists, etc.

Airport still closed.

I am still restricted for my sorties to gender and passport (cedula) last digit.

The number of newly affected case is always growing, we are averaging 1,000 per day out of a country of 4 MM, that is a lot. Total of 40,000.

So we survive.

For a week now we have been back to gender separation and 3 hours freedom a week.

Seems drastic but we went from an initial +/- 200 new cases a day to 400 when the relaxation started.

And now we are up to 600 new cases per diem.

That is a hell of an increase in roughly 4 weeks time.

I don't like being incarcerated but understand the purpose.

As of next Monday, June 1st there will some relaxation to the restrictions to stay at home.

You will be able to exit your residence from 05.00 to 19.00 hrs. Restrictions as to gender will be eliminated.

The curfew will remain in effect during the dark hours.

Bars will continue to be closed.

Meaning that incall or outcall will be a possibility during the day for those interested.

You guys have any luck with BBFS / CIP with the girls from Habanos? Just like other places, I always ask what is included upfront, and negotiate this. But curious about your guy's success here on this when taking a girl TLN.

Several years ago I met a young lady at Habanos, she was from Colombia, her husband had recently been killed by the FARC and she came to Panama to make a living. BBFS, CIP, GFE all night with her, she was gorgeous and she stayed with me for two more days. I went back a couple of years ago, took a girl back to my hotel, discovered it was the same ladystill looked great, but had been hardened by the business, BBFS, but it was not anywhere near as great as the first visit, no more sense of GFE. That first time I had met her 3 days after she arrived, and I was the first guy she had spent that much time with since her husband. It was sad to see what this life had done to her.

This question has been lingering here for a while so I thought I'd answer it. I haven't been to Panama in quite a while (a few years) but I did BBFS there and I almost always BBFS in Colombia. I won't bring up the risks of STDs and pregnancies. You choose your own level of risk.

Latinas will BBFS with their steady boyfriend. Guys on the side will need to wear a condom. Occasionally you'll meet a chica who will always bareback and if you do understand your level of risk with that.

With that all said, I found two types of hookers: those who are open to BBFS after you become a regular, and those who simply absolutely, under any circumstances will not. I've had chicas agree to it early on and some even hold out a full year for it. Don't expect BBFS from a latina living in South America on the first date. I've gotten it that way but it's rare. Do let them know you want it though and see how you can get there.

Something that helps a lot is you're somewhat attractive to the chica. Consider getting groomed properly (haircut, pubic hair removed etc.) if you haven't already ticked those boxes. Getting them drunk also helps but be careful because if she wakes up and decides you took advantage that can be an issue.

Finally money talks just be careful because the ones who do it for money will do it more often than not.
