My two favorite venues in JingAn is gone:

Yuyuan Lu oil massage seems to be cracked down. Changshou Lu / Jiangning Lu is accepting only locals.

Do you have any good massage in jingAn now?

I recently tried my usual venues for massage:

While I do not have any info on your specific case ("recently came into the country and traveling" I assume that traveling should not be a problem after you finished quarantine. The standard questionnaire for the Health cards as App or in hotels will ask you, if you have been in another country in the last 14 days.

Traveling should not be an issue, but better get your Health Card in the phone set up ASAP (E. G. In Alipay). In some cities they will check this health card when leaving the train station.

Not there yet, company is finalising plans. We haven't been briefed on the health cards yet, I believe our line manager in China will get us up to speed. I wanted to know how restrictive traveling is but if you say after 14 days it's ok, then I will try make it to Shanghai.

How strict are they with foreigners traveling to different cities, I may like to visit Shanghai for action. Our team will have to undergo the standard 14 days quarantine and are able to move freely in the city after. I'm unsure if we are allowed to get the bullet train out.

They have a new owner. Apparently, the previous owner could no longer pay the rent during the coronavirus shutdown. They used to have a 428 option with mechanical HJ included. Now, it's a 498 option and the girl takes her top and bra off.

I've stayed in a 5-star hotel in March, which really ensured every single guest was registered. But from April onwards, I stayed in a few other 5-star hotels, which only requires you to show your green health-code. So from personal experience, and from the few messages on NLO, I feel that hotels (in Shanghai at least) these days are more relaxed. The hotels I stayed it, all require a room key for the elevator; so yes in all cases, I had to ride up with them. The hotels I stayed in, are all in Lujiazui area, since that's nearby my office. The girls on NLO who did meet customers at hotels, so far had no problems.

The green health code thing; I don't think that will disappear (soon). But they never scan it; they just want to see the color and it's fine. Occasionally I will enter a place, where they want my Passport ID & Phone number as well. But those places are becoming less and less. None of those places were hotels, BTW. (But then again, I am checking in, so they have my name / phone number anyway).
