I agree with Neddy, I think there will be great opportunities for bargains when things reopen, both on accommodation and girls. I had flights booked for both Gambia and Madagascar this summer. Both airlines said I can take them any time in the next 2 years and I most definitely intend to (hopefully sooner rather than later). This whole covid thing is a hoax anyway: 99% of people who died of it were on their last legs anyway. Plus hospitals are given extra funding for every covid death (wink wink nudge nudge) so they tested every 90 year old corpse and if they found the virus (which they probably would as he / she had been in hospital for ages) onto the list they went and a new car for the doctor. If it was a real threat then everyone in overcrowded third world slums would be dropping like flies but that is not the case.

The tourists may not be there but the girls still are. Supply and demand!

Yes its posible they can refuse or not like in any african countries. When I come first time rwanda 3 years ago I take boda boda at night time and the motorcycle driver didint give me a helmet (at kigali everybody must wear helmets on motorbikes) later police guy stop us and ask why I don't wear a helmet? Boda boda driver go futher and start talk with him something, after boda driver comeback to me and said give 3000 or 5000 (I not remember already how much it was) he went pay it for police guy and he let us go. So don't tell me I don't know nothing about country.

This proves nothing even if it s true. At night with no witnesses you did something wrong (anyway not wearing an helmet is stupid and dangerous if you ask me) so you had to pay a fine period. That's normal.

Trying to bribe an immigration officer at an official Rwandan border so you can get away with testing is a complete different story. I will be happy to bring you apples or oranges after this.

But be my guest go ahead and try it since you know everything about everything.

That's a good one LOL. Have you ever tried to bribe a Rwandan officer? I would like to see that. Tell me how is the view from a Rwandan cell LOL.

I mean safe for different reasons. I don't give a shit about coronavirus also I am young and healthy, but some of us have bad health conditions and old and their risk increase sick from corona, so probably they feel more safe in own country instead travelling in countries where health system almost not exist. If I was 60-80 years old with health problems I think twice to go Africa at this time or not. Yes to enter Rwanda by air you need have covid test and do another test after, but it not means you can't travel here. Maybe even its possible to flight Tanzania and enter Rwanda by land bribe some border officers and get away with testing. Who willing to travel its always possible to find some way. Like Zambia now needs also have covid certificate done before arrival or can get test on arrival at this case you need self isolate for 2 days until result of test comes. But it not means you need to do it. My friend cross the border from Tanzania to Zambia by land few days ago and get away without any covid test, but its different story let him tell it himself on ISG forum

When has Africa been safe? LOL. All I care if there's an international flight and no government quarantine in either a sh.thole or a luxury type hotel at my expense. Covid? The least of my worries. The biggest danger is traffic accidents followed by malaria. Only three realistic options in East Africa now.
    TANZANIA:
    NO restrictions. Flights available

    KENYA From 1 August. BUT:
Conflicting information. The ministry of health wants negative Covid Tests or Quarantine. The tourist minister is of a different opinion. Uhuru needs to sort this out till 1 August

    RWANDA from 1 August. BUT:
Flights available? unclear. Turkish will operate from 31 August

    QUOTE:
On Saturday, July 4, the Ministry of Infrastructure announced that airports, including Kigali International Airport (KGL), will reopen for commercial flights from August 1st.

The Ministry of Health has developed guidelines that must be followed upon the resumption of commercial flights. All passengers, including those in transit, will be required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours of arrival in Rwanda, and those staying in Rwanda will have to take a second test upon arrival and stay in designated hotels at their own cost until the result is confirmed. They will also have to fill out a Passenger Location Form prior to arrival. Hand sanitizers, social distancing, and other measures will be in place at airports.

    UGANDA unknown.
    MADAGASCAR unknown.
ETHIOPIA Open but mandatory Government quarantine

    WEST AFRICA
Most ECOWAS countries should be open by 1 August. Check the updates on Turkish airlines on regular routes. They have a good map. As well as Ethiopian.
But. Watch out. Only because there's flights operating doesn't mean you're not asked to produce a negative PCR Test within the last 72 hours or you go straight to quarantine like Ethiopia for 7 to 14 days. So it'll be a mine field. Another thing to consider. You might make it to Africa. But you have a good chance to get stuck there. But most of these problems are sorted with a suitable sized Dollar Bill in your passport.

If you wait for "better" times you might wait 2 years... And after lockdown you'll have a lot of hungry prime chicas at bargain basement prices. Fact is. African countries have to restart commercial air traffic fairly soon. Covid or not. Otherwise there will be no Airline Industry left.

We don't even feel safe in Europe, so I get to think pretty often how long will it take to be acceptably safe to get back to Africa? And I mean for mongering, hence Madagascar, Kenya, Uganda, Ruanda, etc.

    Any thoughts?

I guess in Asia we will see a faster recovery of things, but Africa. Just afraid will be a no-mongering land for quiet a while unfortunately. Happy to discuss with you like-minded people!
