I went quite early at Billboard, around the 10 pm mark on a weekday. It is definitely a hot place! Many girls, few punters. I discovered a place on Soi Cowboy that has been mentioned before on the forum.

The place is called Penny Black. It's like right across Country Road bar at the beginning of the soi (Asok side).
