So, saying that he was a Congolese, it's hiding something to the Canadian government. By the way, he was 22 not 25 as they told us. His real problem? He fu**the girls from high profile circle.

Exactly. My own experience is never to believe in government statements as such. They have to keep their public image clean. For this case, it has opened my eyes and I will have to be careful during my next visits to the country. Apparently, this Congolese-Canadian visited the country before COVID lockdown and had been enjoying the Rwandan ladies when restrictions were relaxed.

Right now in Kigali there is a curfew from 9 pm to 5 am.

If you get caught you go to Stadium spend the night there and you have to pay 20 k before getting released then your name is published.

If you get caught with some alcohol in your blood you go straight to jail for 5 days (event for government people military and muzungus) and you need to pay a fine again.

If you get caught without a mask or in a bus without social distancing again straight to stadium and 10 k fine.
