It's about apartments needing a certain level of sound proofing. How and where noise is measured has changed. Building something in Switzerland is a very very long and convoluted process.

In this business, a higher price absolutely does not correlate with better service! Anybody with experience ought to know that. No, in Switzerland the issue is the overall cost of goods and services to begin with.
