Adding my 2nd Taipei FR. Taiwanese born but grew up in North America so my Mandarin is mediocre. Wanted to give some insights for folks that still need more info in English as I'm currently in town till mid of September 2020.

You can't miss it the place. If you're not sure, just look up the above address in Google and look at pictures others posted. There was a guy outside on the main level behind a kiosk but I wasn't sure if he was part of the sauna of not. I didn't engage him and just walked into the open lobby. The sauna is 2-stories (Level 8/9) but you enter from floor 9.

Upon entrance same routine applies. Take off your shoes / socks, have temperature checked, give some personal details and your given a silicone wristband (more like a watch) with a number.

Once in the locker room, you strip naked, put your stuff into the locker and walk nude into the bathing area. Lots of stalls to sit and wash up. There are also individual stalls with doors for those that want more privacy. Three main pools. A hot pool, cold pool and a reg pool plus a bunch of smaller individual ones. There's also a the standard steam room as well.

Once your done, continue on through to the next room where you have towels for drying and shorts / robes to wear. There's a small desk for other small amenities like hair dryer, creams, lotions, cotton swabs etc. Reminder to grab a waist tie / strap as they are separate from the robe itself. Continue to proceed and you'll immediately be in the "restaurant area".

The food / restaurant area is smaller than Caesars but it's got all you need. Water, tea and herbal jelly drink is available just help yourself. Food is available with a menu. There's a to watch. Lots of people just reading the paper, books or browsing on their phone. Soon enough various ladies / mamasans will approach you to offer massage services.

They'll offer the special massage but be sure to indicate it just in case. English for the lady that helped me was decent. You could see line up by mamasan late at night on Kangding road or after 5 PM in the street where the night market operated.
