About 2 weeks in Rio now, having a blast!

Several days with the main girlfriend doing the lovey dovey thing and then off for some solo time.

I've been all over Centro, VM, Solarium, Tinder, Mosaico, etc.

I hit the jackpot several times really.

VM was slow, but hooked up with a hotttt negra, hit it off and took her to a place outside VM.

One night at Mosaico I got lucky with great chemistry with a hot morenita, last night was a sausage fest there, so I split.

Today I hit some private apartments.

Lots of presentations, I saw some cuties but nothing grabbed me, until I asked the elevator guy politely if he knew of another apartment.

He directed to me one, and a beauty presented and I was in.

She was new, great chemistry, total GFE, already texting for a meet up at my place tomorrow. Jackpot!

Solarium was also fun.

Went with some friends, wasn't going to partake, but one of the girls got my motor running, so off we went.

Good times!

Graas a Deus que Brasil existe! LOL.

So my AIRBNB host cancelled, so we just decided to get a hotel. Thanks to Rio Bob, I decided to get the ocean view room he suggested. Just over $100 a night.

The reviews on TripAdvisor are so bad though.

Is Pestena really Girl Friendly? That is the main reason I selected the hotel, that and the great location and view.

Can anyone confirm or deny. I also saw in the forum from a search that Porto bay was GF too?

I got confirmation that Porto is garota friendly, I asked myself bcuz up staying there in November. I first booked at Pestana bcuz the price and location was great then changed to Porto bcuz of the poor reviews. I don't have first hand seen it myself experience like some of the forum members who say it's not too bad but now that I read it had poor reviews on trip advisor I'm glad I changed bcuz the poor reviews I spoke of were on booking.com . To each their own but me I'the rather spend a few more dollars and be comfortable. Porto was more expensive than Pestana the room not as big but still got a room with sea view and a balcony. YOLO the worst thing to me is being stuck in a shitty hotel for 5 or one that is sub standard by my standards.

I included a link to the site in my last post. I don't know why it didn't show. That's never been a problem before, as recently as a few days ago. Have a look at it and go for who you like. I stayed there my first couple of trips down, but moved on to other, better hotels later. The Rio Roiss was in a great location. I can give it that much for sure.

We graduated to apartments. It's kind of fun booking a two or three bedroom apartment where you can have a mini-festa. Some of the Copa apartments have balconies and views of the ocean.

Rio Roiss is just a fun memory of our youth and my crew's first trip to Rio. I want to say that trip was the craziest, but the crew added new faces and got a bit larger. You felt like Santa when you took a newbie friend into a termas (or Help in the day).

Barra vip is legit and so is hotside, personally I wouldn't waste my time with photoacomphantes but you might get lucky. My daytime outcalls are from these websites.

Rio Sex Site is also legit and should be "mined" when in Rio. Agree photoacomphantes is a waste of time and not worth the effort.

Jardim Oceanico is the Metro Stop, located on the eastern edge of Barra. From there transfer to the BRT, the Articulated Buses, with dedicated lanes. You could also get on a regular bus and deal with the traffic. Per Google map, its a 5 minute walk form bar garden bus stop to the Hotel Transamerica. BTW, time hasn't been kind to those BRT buses.

Thanks for setting me straight. My go-time is too valuable to waste it in transit so will stick with Copa.

Thanks to all the gents that have replied about guest friendly options (especially with a balcony) and will book the Pestana for a try but will have a back up. Too bad the joiner friendly selections are limited I. E. Compared to Thailand but gotta get some poonannie somewhere.

Will post some reports once on the ground soon and hoping that Photoacomphantes, Barra VIP etc are legit.

Can someone expand on the Transamerica hotel and is it a place to visit and hang out to scope for pros or should one book a room as an option to network etc.

Other than the massage places for daytime action, where are y'all pulling for daytime outcalls to hotels and the Rio champs recommendation for quality ladies regardless of price.

Are you talking about the sex in many of the rooms? Or the lower floors near the street? It's proximity to Help made it Grand Hooker Station. If you sat in the tiny lobby late at night waiting for someone, you could see all the girls pulled out of Help. You'd high five a stranger that you saw at breakfast earlier in the day.

My buddies and I would take adjoining rooms so the noise didn't matter and we could party with ease with two female friends. Woke up in bed at noon with a hot Brazilian chick in my arms.

Actually I remember always hearing garbage trucks (or maybe dump trucks) at about 5 every morning. It was a sound that you couldn't block out, even though I travel with a white noise machine. That on top of the room noise and normal street noise made for little sleep.

Rio Bob is right about hotels. When traveling, I look for value and more importantly the ease of bringing back girls. If you can bang a chick on the balcony and look over the ocean, what else do you need?

Some of us remember the Rio Roiss. It was worn and outdated. However, it was cheap, clean and they had large corner rooms with a partial view of the ocean. The best thing was it's location and the fact that you can shuttle different girls in and out of your room three times a day if you wanted. If you were planning a dupla (threesome), they might charge you $15 for a third person in a double room if it was late at night.
