I notice you do not get much amenities for price of apartments compared to other countries. I am looking to pay $700 or less for a 1 bdrm, tv, security guard. Would you like to comment on renting. I am trying to stay a 2 to 3 months. I have looked into Westland but what about these areas?

I hope you did enough research to know where you will be staying. I fucking wound up in Eastleigh on one of my trips! Staying in Westlands is best option (esp for a newbie) or at least West of CBD. Traveling around Nai is easy except Eastlands. Don't go there as a newb. Don't venture around River Rd. On foot. When you go to Kenya enough times you will be taking the bus, have a rolodex of numbers, and know all the spots. It is a culture shock for the first time though, even for a Black man. If you see a woman you want, move quickly if she is walking alone. There are dozens of women I moved too slowly and lost out on.

I'm tempted to to go Kenya since they accept tourists again now and it is a great destination for mongers but if I'm not wrong is not possible to travel outside Europe for tourism except for some reasons like work / repatriation / emergency. My understanding is that certain (crappy) countries ban people from leaving the EU but they can do so from said (crappy) country. If you fly from an EU country that only RECOMMENDS not traveling, I don't think they can stop you because of your citizenship. I hope I am right since I will put this to the test in October. I'll leave my (crappy) country to slip into a neighbouring country by road or train, then embark on a flight out of the EU from the neighbouring country. Which country are you from?
