There is always risk. But look at it this way, Taiwan has an excellent and easily accessible health care system. People do not hesitate to go to see the doctor when they have illness. If the girl is Taiwanese, she is likely clean for that reason. Most customers are Taiwanese so the risk is reduced for the same reason.
