Avoid Claro (or other brand stores), highly inefficient and they waste your time, as they are not helpful. Next time, get your SIM card at independent stores around Calle 10 and Avenida Poblado. There is a park there, and you can see a relatively large brown stone building at the corner. I usually get my sim card there.

What should one be scared of? What is so dangerous about meeting up for a beer that the hairs on your neck go up? Care to elaborate on your non personal experience? I've met 7 people from this board, they were from all different walks of life. I had a better time with some than others, but I don't think any of them were particularly dangerous.

At a guess I've met 30-40 people from this board, including an admin. With some we clicked, with some we didn't. Even the guys I've bickered with, and the couple of guys who suggested committing acts of violence against me, I have no problems with meeting.

I don't condone anyone falsifying medical documentation. Those who do are either cheap, lazy, or think they have COVID, but don't care about anyone else. I know what a PCR test looks like. I had one in September for that trip. Glad someone can go to a CVS some place without an appointment. And glad it came back so quickly. But there is no guarantee. My CVS says 2-3 business days. Other places say 3-5 business days.

My CVS, last I checked said 7-10 days or longer.
