Two real estate agents I use told me flat out that the law makes it illegal for visitors now in the buildings (I rent in Bocagrande). One went as far as saying its the law for all hotels and apartments that they do not allow additional visitors. My chicas are telling me that their friends are servicing clients in the apartment buildings just fine.

I'm not looking for an argument or speculation. If you're there, have you brought back a VISITOR (not registered as a guest) to the building and registered them for a visit only?.

Can you give out contact info for your RE agents. Maybe a PM?

Seems to be plenty of ladies at the Clock Tower on the weekends, and I roughly counted maybe 30, mid-week.

The beaches are condensed, but I believe in the next week or so they will start to expand. You need a reservation, but I always just go towards the Hollywood guys' side (Tony's guys) and sneak in. You can search Reservas de la Playas Cartagena to find the link. There are two options, and the one that says Bonny or something is where you want to be. Everyone has a hand out, more so than usual.

It appears nobody is understanding what Questner is saying. The poster asked about a solid rate, which Questner is assuming to mean a rate that will guarantee the poster won't be spending the night alone.

With no experience, possibly no Spanish, Q is saying the guy should not have to pay more than 400 k, but could get by as low as 150 k.

NYE being a special night, it might be harder to find a girl who meets your standards. Who knows what the rate will be? However, an offer of 1 million will get almost any girl to change her plans.

Depending on circumstances this can be negotiated down in the right circumstances to say 150 k or up if the girl is willing to do special things like bareback oral or bareback intercourse or anal or GFE for example (some do this without negotiating but the circumstances. The time of night, her sense of desperation, etc are going to effect this) but regardless standard starting rate is 200 k. For short time and TLN can be 400 k, this has been the same for ten years that I know of. The question was not about prevailing rates at all. We were talking about the nearest New Years Eve. This is not a Christmas nights, but at the same time the period from Christmas until the Three Kings Day in early January it's always slow in Catholic countries like Colombia. The problem is to find a girl to your liking to celebrate. We are not looking for a bend over at the cemetery's gate. So if I drop you at the Clock Tower square at 10 pm on December 31,2020 and you have to know the SOLID rate (aka cash in your pocket) to celebrate with the gorgeous girl that you want to be with on this festive occasion, that will be my top rate, which I indicated, should not be refused by the girl, who in most cases prefers to stay with her family, and with whom likely you have to arrange ahead of time. Anyway, I am not arguing general rates, not policing anything anyone pays or willing to pay. You can get it for free and you can loose a kingdom on a girl.
