I visited many different apartments. Prices range from 1200 to 5700 per hour. I never paid the 5700 but did pay 4500 a couple times. Most often I paid 2200 and also paid 1200 several times.

And yeah I hit the Baseina Street for 1800 and other various places for 1700, 2800 and 3200. I can't say there was much correlation between the prices and the quality of the girls. Completely agree. I call this "American style payment" because used by American men to cope with grab-and-run scammers. Two suggested refinements: 1) if multiple bills, spread out on table so girl can count by eye when she arrives, so no need to touch money until end of session; 2) if first meeting, especially with inexperienced semi-pro, warn in advance about partial / zero payment for partial / zero performance.

I have never actually used the partial / zero payment option, however I believe warning about that option helped me avoid unpleasant situations where inexperienced girls (mainly from seeking arrangement many years ago) were unsure and so might have had last minute change of mind.

Indeed! That is what I love about Kiev the most. If yo are near the centre, from the moment you step into the streets in the morning, you will see a beautiful, elegant, feminine and sexy woman at least every 30 seconds, all day. Well, yes, that is true for any semi-pro. That is why they always want to get paid up front. It works both ways, of course. If you do pay up front, there is no guarantee that they will carry out the agreed upon work. Everyone has feelings. For example, both my regular and my landlady would feel hurt if I acted disrespectful, and I would feel hurt if treated disrespectfully by them.
