Yep. Street prices went up after CoVid. I think the girls feel they are exposing themselves to virus, so they have been insisting on higher prices, some even doubled their preCoVid rates, even though they are doing far less business than before. Damn prices have gone up on the street.

Usually I always pay 200 pesos for a quickie and it was usually 40 pesos for the hotel. Before covid it was still 200 pesos but they wanted 70 $ pesos for the room.

Went there last Wednesday around 8 pm these are the rates I was quoted all in pesos and tried to negotiate no luck at all. The cheapest was 270 pesos the most expensive was 500 pesos average was 400 pesos.

I offered the the girls that quoted me 300 pesos I tried for 240 pesos they all said no.

I tried the girls who said 400 pesos 300 pesos all said no.

Rooms were now 100 to 125 pesos for a quickie.

It sucked. Not like pre covid you can work something out in fact the girls tried to shame you from trying to bargain with them, I did see a 500 pesos girl get a date but otherwise pretty slow out there. The new times are definitely different almost made want to hang at Hong Kong with the stupid rates on the street.

I might be back in a few days I'll see what happens.

Thanks for the intel. Uncle Al! They really need the $ now so can understand their firm attitudes. If I can negotiate some extra (s) or feel chemistry with them I will pay it. My solution for the room charge every time is to find one of the hotels that isn't too shabby and just buy it for the day, a day room sex cabin. Think for the day most charge only what 3 sessions would cost +/- except of course HK.

I noticed the rise in room prices before COVID but the chicas rates have been quite stable as long as it's paid in pesos. Rates are still around 200 MX. There is a hotel on Niños Heroes that is still 50 MX hhr. The knock has never came for me so they do give the full hhr.

There is major modern shopping mall close to downtown called Plaza Rio (Zona Rio/Barrio Revolucion). Say you went there. Also there is a nice golf course (Club Campestre) ringed by nice restaurants. Look it up in Google maps, pick a restaurant that shows open and say you went there. In 2018 I went to an Irish Pub (McCarthy's I think) and the nice area around it had a lot of upscale restaurants.

There is even a Chinese barrio further south of town but going that far down could definitely raise some eyebrows.
