Strolled through the whole top half of SF a few days ago while I was downtown after doing some errands.

Had a tasty Venezuelan style shawerma at a place on Cra 14 a between 23 and 24. Great sauces. The whole neighborhood now is 99% Ven.

The whole place has a weird vibe because so many of the clubs are closed. It's much more chaotic and there were way too many obviously under 18 girls for my liking. Some blocks looked like the damn movie set of "Cuties". Caveat emptor. Honestly I personally wouldn't recommend for many reasons, but if you decide to go for it, try and get some ID first (good luck with that!) or better yet, wait till the clubs are back in full swing. Be careful and stay frosty out there.

Popped into Fiebre. They didn't have the plastic screen on the stage like PH did but there was literally only one fully clothed frumpy bored looking girl there so I left immediately.

I'm pretty much in hiatus right now because I've got a very very horny and sexy GF, so didn't sample anything, also there are the reasons mentioned above. YMMV.

Absolutely false. I got picked up there just a few days ago.

ESPECIALLY avoid yellow taxis leaving SF. They almost always try to invent a nonexistent surcharge.

7. I've got a thing for preggos or lactating girls. Are they to be found among the Santa Fe SW's? One board member in Medellin connected me with a girl there and although I won't being her down she keeps sending me videos of her pumping glasses full of milk in an effort to get me to bring her to Bogota. This used to be a lot easier, and I went through a whole phase of this. Helps if your Spanish is good. Go to SF and ask. Venezuelan chiccs actually get MEMED here in Colombia for always bring preg, no joke.

3. I have always been fascinated by the Choco region. It is supposedly the most impovereished part of Colombia and the majority of people there are black. In this vein are their any black girls working the streets in Santa Fe? I'd love to find one from Choco.

Should be no problem, saw lots of girls from Pacific coast recently, Chocó, Valle, Nariño etc. Especially on the carreras between cll 22-23.

1. From what I understand Uber no longer works in Bogota. So does that mean I need to use the Easy Taxi or Cabify apps that have been discussed? Do these apps work like Uber? I like taking a taxi most of the time as I find it inexpensive.

Uber works fine, I use it almost every day. Your options here in Bogota are Uber, Beat, Picap (they come on a motorbike! Cabify (EZ Taxi has been absorbed by them), InDriver (you negotiate with the driver) and DiDi (I never use because they are connected to the CCP). I have Uber Beat and Picap on my phone.

I personally don't recommend yellow taxis at all. The 50% best drivers of taxis are now working on the other apps. The ones that are left are all the problem children.

I personally don't take taxis even to or from the airport, despite the hassle. Be advised that you will probably have to meet Uber in the parking lot coming from, if you have lots of luggage, it can be a pain.

Also, for fastest service, set your Uber payment options to cash when in Colombia. Colombians don't like to deal electronically.

Not looking for beef, and I just want to provide some firsthand info. I've been using Schwab internationally (including Colombia) for over a decade now. They always reimburse my ATM fees at the end of the month.

Schwab also gave me money when I was stranded abroad. Not a loan. Nothing needed to be paid back. They simply helped out a longtime customer and gave me a sizable amount of cash.

Yeah they are a class act. Best financial institution ever in history! Had a similar situation with them, they just gave me money, although in my case it was only $15.

Anyone know of a nice spa where you can sit and relax in a FKK type environement?

ALso what about a manicure / pedicure place? I had some great experiences (non sexual) in Thailand going to those places. Four women working on your hands and feet at once. I always like the scene in Rush Hour when Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan went to a spa LOL.

Every neighborhood in the whole country has at least a couple. Literally type "spa" into Google Maps.

I went to a few clubs yesterday. Fiebre, and one next door to paisa. Also went to la 49 (closed) and pussy house (it looked closed but someone popped out and stopped us as we where leaving). There line up is miles away from lidos. Miles. No taxi knew about Olimpos.

Confirming Fiebre and a couple other small joints in SF are open. PH is also open but there's a plastic screen over the runway and they're selling empanadas now. There is still FS according to the wait staff, but you have to go outside and back in another door now.
