Cool, I get to be a 1%er, and my Spanish is just intermediate. I think it's like Bango Cheito says, YMMV. Plus, being in the right place at the right time. If they saw a car pull over and someone hop in the back, they would chase them down, force them off the road and beat up the driver. There were quite a few incidents.
