60 yo plus and any serious co-morbidities means a no go now. You can try to get a vaccine out of your home country if it becomes available for you sooner, or plan to visit a country where the situation is better, even if means more expensive or difficult to enter (example: Cambodia, Thailand) or Tanzania.
