El Centro pricing at times can be like buying a car, there will be a sticker price and then a final negotiated price depending on exactly what your looking for. Retail pricing is no more than 30 K in El Centro and can be had for less depending on your Spanish. And don't worry about inflating prices in El Centro as the client base is primarily locals. Okay, here's the blow by blow report from Energy.
