I am only trying to determine how safe it is for me as I am older man in the age group that can be most seriously hurt by being expose to the virus.

I assume you are already in Thailand otherwise your inquiry is mute.

So, even if you assume under reporting and / or bias in the government numbers, the Virus level in Thailand is still incredibly low on a comparative world basis. My assessment is the P4P virus risk in LOS is extremely low, but it is up to each one of us how much exposure we are willing to tolerate. Good news #2) the vaccines are just around the corner. I think that by March or April 2021, anyone who wants to be inoculated can be by then. So, take note: the Pfizer vaccine, for example, is reported 90% effective which is an extremely high number for a vaccine, but you will still have a 10% probability of catching the virus if exposed. The bottom line: I am not young either, but I am not willing to give up the sporting life just to be 100% safe. Life is full of risk. Tomorrow anyone of us could be struck down by a taxi running a red light. So, fuck it! If I were in Thailand I would be taking reasonable risks and doing the girls right now and I plan to get the vaccine as soon as it is made available to me in the USA, so I can then jump on a jet and fly to LOS.

I think that there is no policy from the management regarding 1 or 2 shots. It will all depend on your relation with the girl once in the room unless you say it specifically in front of the girl and the mamasan while choosing the girl downstairs (something I never done there).

I know the management is willing to get repeat customers and they want the customers to be satisfied but they cannot force the girls to do something they don't want.

I was comparing the rooms to places like the shops on 24/1, as in Cherry or Allstar, where the rooms are really small. I always took the same room in Thanks, at the 2nd floor one of the rooms in the middle, the AC is not disturbing and I always felt good there although there is no mirror as you pointed out. And I agree some rooms in Snow White are probably better.
