    What do you mean?

You have a choice to use a generic, that's up to you. And most insurance (if not all) will lean you hard towards a generic in the form of a much lower co-pay over brand name.

I don't see propaganda at work here. Just ignorance of choice.

I take a stunning amount of pills every AM post stroke and a few other things, have been traveling the world for 5 yrs now with a stuffed gallon zip lock bag of them in my backpack, no nation has ever blinked at it.

My medicines are vitamins and a pill box with basic needs like Advil, Aspirin, Benadryl, Melatonin, laxative, Pepcid AC, etc. I learned a hard lesson twice. The first time I had a severe flu as soon as I arrived in a remote town in Thailand. I could not communicate the medicines I needed because USA Brands were not available in Thailand and I didn't (still don't) speak Thai to tell them my ailment. So I basically stayed in my hotel room for 3-4 days until the fever broke. The second time was in Germany. Again, I had a fever but the German pharmacist did not know what Tylenol was. He understood that I have a fever and sold me something. The instructions were in German so I didn't know the dosage instructions. I had to take a guess. After that, I always carried a pill box whenever I travel. However, for this trip, I should have left it at home.

I am worried about taking everything across the border. Do you think I will have problems with the Mexican Authorities? I don't think I will have problems with the USA Authorities. I have Global Entry which was always accepted by the CBP in Texas.

Better still, is there a reliable facility in L. A. Or San Diego that will store my stuff?
There is a mobile trailer-type structure that is (literally) at the end of the trolley tracks in San Ysidro.

This "building" is the Greyhound ticket office and essentially the Greyhound bus terminal.

They don't have rental lockers there, but for something like $5 to $10 you can check a bag with the clerk that he / she will give a claim ticket for, then store in their back room.

About a decade ago I was attending a week-long business seminar at a big resort hotel in that hotel circle area of San Diego.

I stayed that week at the Leyva in Tijuana.

I did not stay at the expensive hotel where the seminar was conducted, but instead crossed the border each morning that week and took the trolley that went precisely to that seminar's hotel.

For that week, every morning, right after crossing the border, I stopped at the Greyhound trailer, where I had checked one bag.

From my bag, I pulled out the laptop I had kept in the United States. And at the same time, I put another liter of Tequila in my bag that I bought and imported in each morning.

You can rent a storage locker in SD, but that'll cost at least $50 and administrative fees. I suppose you can rent a locker at a bowling alley too. There's a board member here, Jinxx, who offers mongers worry-free transportation across the border. PM him for details.

Not sure, but I am not sure if Mexico has implemented a beef grading system as of yet. Back in 2018 Mexico was thinking using a beef grading system. Here in the US beef prices have increased due social distancing that has lowered lowered the meath plants capacity due to social distancing from the Covid crisis. My own belief is that meat prime beef prices are artificially high. When I was younger it was not that hard to find prime meat. These days it is fairly hard to find prime meat.

If you really, truly, want a better grade of steaks you need to pay to play. Cheap-ass steaks, that require tortillas and salsa to eat, aren't worth going out of one's way for.

Have not heard Tijuana girls deny services after payment. Some may jack prices for extra services ect, but the money involved would be small.

Go ahead and have your fun!

I was not really in the mood and had to get to the US to do some thanksgiving day shopping. So decided to headed back. I was also in a bit of hurry since the CBP said there was a 45 minute wait in the pedestrian line. Fortunately there was almost no wait at all. I had originally thought a lot of people would be crussofing for the Thanksgiving day holiday.

It really depends on the girl. Ask before hand to avoid any confusion. If they persist, you can always put the funds in sight, like on the night table or chair.

Paying upfront is an issue for me and I have no trouble walking away!

Uber prices are controlled by Uber.

    Permits are the contractors overhead.

    When to Pay?

Hi Ya'll, I may get a chance to cross to Tijuana next Monday and stay for a couple nights. I have read about 15 pages of this thread and also the HK Club thread, so I think I know what to expect. I was in Tijuana before, about 7-8 years ago.

I have a question: Do you pay the street girls up front or after the deed? Thanks.
