Sorry to disappoint all the Sinophiles on this forum. This article in The Australian today should dispel any doubt that the CCP is not involved in the rub and tug trade. Note that the shops all demanded cash payments. Code for tax evasion and money laundering. People in Melbourne are so naive.
" A Daniel Andrews staffer with Chinese Communist Party links has served as the secretary, director and chief marketing director of a mysterious Chinese international investment fund which last year established a US-listed joint venture worth almost AUD $70 m, and owns a massage chain with outlets at almost every major Melbourne shopping centre.
Nancy Yang, who works part time in the Victorian Premier's Mulgrave electorate office in Melbourne's southeast was listed in 2015 as holding a 1. 8 per cent stake in Arem Pacific Corporation, which floated on the US stock exchange in 2019 as part of a $US50 m joint venture.
Ms Yang's involvement in an international investment fund worth tens of millions of dollars is unusual given her relatively junior part time role in Mr Andrews' office and that of neighbouring Labor MP Meng Heang Tak. The electorate officer role attracts a full time equivalent salary of approximately $80,000.
Arem Pacific Corporation's website lists headquarters in Melbourne's Collins Street, the US city of Scottsdale, Arizona where it was founded in 1990, and Guangzhou, China, where its NASDAQ-listed joint venture launch was held in September 2019.
The website also details the company's ownership of the Zen Oriental Holistic Health and Green Palm Massage chains, which have outlets at major shopping centres across Melbourne including Chadstone, Melbourne Central, Victoria Gardens, Eastland, Northland and Highpoint, many of which demand cash only payment for services.
A document filed with the US stock exchange in 2015 lists Ms Yang among five company directors. "Ms Nancy Yang has been our Secretary and a Director since January 2014," the document reads. "From 2010 to the present, she has been Chief Marketing Director of the Company.
"From 2008 to 2009, she was a Visa and Evidencing Officer for the Chinese Embassy in Melbourne, Australia. She graduated with double Masters in Commerce and Business / Information Technology from RMIT University, Australia. Ms Yang brings to our Board of Directors several years of management, administration and quality control."
The Australian has previously revealed Ms Yang's posting in March of articles on social media suggesting coronavirus was created by the US and taken to China by the US Army, as well as her role as founder and chair for a decade of the CCP United Front-linked Melbourne Chinese Youth United Association, during which she helped to mobilise thousands of Chinese who travelled to Canberra to participate in an at-times violent counter-protest against human rights campaigners at the Olympic Torch relay in 2008.
The other five directors of the company include Chinese-born, Melbourne-based medical doctor Thomas Tang, who is CEO and president, chairman Rocco Scarpari, who is described as owning a small vineyard and orchard near Shepparton in northern Victoria, chief financial officer Allan Qiu who the document says was also CFO of "affiliated Australian company" Arem Marketing Corp, and Shandong University-educated Xin Jin, who as company vice president is described as being responsible for managing the company's "physiotherapy wellness business".
"We take pride in building long-term relationships with our clients," the company's website boasts. "Our stock is currently held by more than 500 shareholders. Besides its current physiotherapy & health chained outlets in Australia, Arem keeps expanding its business into profitable areas. " Neither Ms Yang nor Arem Pacific Corporation responded to requests for comment."

Anyhow, there are better political forums than ISG to discuss the virtues of socialism.

2 inch marshmallow in the rolls fat. Heh heh. Yeah, stop paying for old boilers. In China they are used to give pigs hand jobs at abattoirs to calm them down before "processing". Imagine their opinion of humans so desperate as to use them. Just head to the coliseum in south Melbourne for some fine fillies.

Interesting conspiracy at EngineDriver but I doubt it. The CCP gets billions of income from the export economy and from corporations such as Huawei, Alibaba, etc. They also have thousands of investments in western countries that bring back so much more money. They don't need these grannies to bring anything back. I've been to China last year in Nov and the thing is their cities are amazingly modern with the highest tech in the world. Their train system in Shanghai and Beijing put the world to shame. Their train stations are like 5 times the size of our Tullamarine Airport. However, once outside the main cities, the country people are still relatively poor. Most educated people move to the big city over there for work opportunities. However, there are still many people who don't have much education hence holiday travel / sex seems to be very attractive. Once they've earned enough, there are lots of illegal money transfer services to bring back their money. Remember China as 1. 4 billion people! Australia has 25 million, that's 0. 025 billion. It's mind boggling when I think about this. Therefore there will always be Chinese roaming around the world for all sorts of opportunities.
I don't want to get too much involved into politics here but our trade war with China at the moment I think is a bit silly. We will never be able to compete with them. With the Chinese, we have to stay close and influence them rather than being confrontational. That's just their culture. Another thing to note is the hard core CCP is still a very very small portion of the population. The vast majority of the Chinese population are good nice people. They just work hard, earn money to improve their lives. They access western media, watch Netflix, Facebook, YouTube, etc. Just like us by using VPN and the CCP can't do anything about it. People over there can live a fairly happy and comfortable life as long as they don't criticise the CCP. To them the CCP is still pretty good because what is the alternative? Potential chaos and probably a much slower economy like India and Indonesia? Eventually, I think China will change and become a democracy, but it has to be from within. This will happen when the next generation who studies overseas realise that there is nothing to be affraid of democracy. However, this will be a long hard journey as the CCP has so much control and this tiny group of people has everything to lose so they will do everything to make sure their interests are protected.
I guess the bottom line is if you have money, you can live like a king and have everything! I saw plenty of rich men in China going out with amazing looking young girls. We can do the same thing here too if we have the money!
P.S. The rise of China is our fault! We keep on wanting cheaper products so we give all the industries to them. My parents were involved in the clothing industry. We used to make lots of clothing here in Melbourne and I saw one by one going to China as it is cheaper to make clothing there. We have lost our car manufacturing industry and heaps more. It's too late now.

Posts: 2118The story behind the Beijing Boilers
The following is only an opinion piece. Before anyone gets too excited, I have no evidence to back any of this up. Feel free to comment.
I am certain the flooding of the world sex markets by old Chinese women is the work of the CCP to earn hard foreign currency. The network is too well established for it not to be. It's never reported by the media. The need for sex by older men in rich white countries is the Achilles heel of the west and the CCP knows how to exploit it. I would think the trade would be worth billions annually on a global basis. Let's just say there are 200,000 Chinese sex workers abroad under the control of the CCP, spread out across the top 30 rich countries. Each one earns around $80 k a year doing sucky fucky. That's $16 billion in foreign currency straight into CCP coffers or into the pockets of Communist party officials.
Every white country has been flooded with these old grannies. Firstly, those grannies need approval by the CCP to travel abroad. Most are very poor and would not readily have the means to undertake a trip for several months. Being of such low social status, the would never be able to get the necessary social credits to travel unless the CCP gave them a dispensation. They might also be prisoners who have had their sentences reduced in return for working as hookers. There is a very thin line between organized crime and the workings of the CCP. The same sort of things go on with North Korea and Burma where their governments flood the world with the ingredients to make ice. It's a great source of foreign currency.
