He wanted 300 $, which is 900,000 pesos to be precise. Its surprising he had the nerve to ask such an amount as a fine for not wearing a mask. They assume American tourists are loaded.

If it happened to me again I would probably do the same thing. His objective is to extort money from you, so he is not going to listen to any justification. Try to negotiate and pay as little and get out of there. I don't see a point in complicating things by trying to do right in an area like SF and when you don't speak the language so well.

It may be the first time you become a victim of the corruption in Latin America but it won't be the last. An old wing man of mine was famous for how to handle a crooked cop. He was say, I don't have any money so take me to the police station and I'll take care of this there. They never did.

That policy would work almost always. Problem is if you catch a cop who really doesn't like you and he does take you to the station.

Well since everyone else has done their reporting, I might as well do mine. (If I can remember the details.) Me and my dad came into Bogota from Barranquilla on the 4th. Uber was at surge pricing: 28K downtown to San Francisco Hotel, and I had to wait for it to drop that low! Chilled out and relaxed a couple of hours waiting to hear from Kazeu. I finally hit him up and told him that we were about to head to Santa Fe. On the walk down I stopped at my chicken spot and got 2 pieces and arepas for 5K. Another 2 blocks and I was in Santa Fe standing on the corner eating my chicken out of the bag. When I finished we walked around to check out the scene. Touts kept trying to get us to come into the clubs but I told them I was waiting on my boy. Miguel at Troya made me promise to remember his name and ask for him when we came in, which I did end up doing.

Kazeu finally hit me up and said that he was in front of Kalifornia where the young Vennies hang out. We were right around the corner and headed up to meet him. The first stop was Troya. Not many people inside but I did see a chick that I liked. I ordered 2 Cokes for me and my dad and started trying to get acquainted with the chick. Miguel brought the drinks then Kazeu said man let's get the hell out of here. There are not many chicks here. I asked the guy how much the drinks were and he said 20K. WTF! I said yeah you are right. We better get the hell out of here. Kazeu said that was the new Covid price. Luckily the guy had not opened the drinks.

We went over to Atonis and chilled out. We ordered half bottle of Ron Medellin for 80K. I was debating which chick I wanted to choose. Then the chick I was talking to at Troya walked in. She came and sat down while I was sipping on my tasty beverage. I asked how old she was and she said 30. I said there is no fucking way. Your hands look 40. She said she was actually 29 but turning 30 at the end of the month. She pointed to her friend on the other side of the stage and asked if I wanted her to get her friend for my dad. It was a White chick with a bunch of tattoos. I said hell nawl. That broad looks drugged out. Don't be trying to give my dad your junkie friend. She started laughing.

I asked her how much she wanted to fuck and she said 70. I said no way then she dropped to 60. That sounded more like it. I told her to give me her number so I could hit her up later. She said that she lost her phone the other day when she was drunk. She sat it down somewhere then it disappeared. She told me she had to run do something and would come back soon.

Kazeu had run off somewhere and my dad was trying to decide on a chick. He had it narrowed down to 2. I said shit, take both of them. So I made him a deal for 50K for each girl and the room was 16K. I gave him 120K and off they went upstairs.

I was either trying to make a video or take some pictures inside the club on the sly and got busted by the waiter. Then I called a Vennie chick over and she was saying how she wanted 70K. I told her that was too damn much. She said minimum 55K. I told her that I would give her 60K if I could skeet in her mouth. She said sure. No debate or any talk of up charges. Don't know why this is so hard for some guys.

So I was just sitting and rubbing on the girl waiting for one of the guys to come back to the table because we still had liquor. Then one of the chicks my dad was with came running up to the table talking about he wanted more time. I was like shit you have only been gone 5 minutes. What does the 50K get. She said it was for 15 minutes. So I fork over another 120K and she runs back upstairs. Soon she was back at the table saying that he wanted me to come upstairs. I told her that I was not coming up there. My dad came back and said he did not have enough time to finish. I told him this was not a holiday resort. You have to get your business done in the allotted time. So 240K for 30 minutes down the drain. My dad just turned 70 by the way.

Kazeu said he was about to leave and I was about to take my girl upstairs. She told me I needed to pay 6K for the room. WTF? Why was my dad's room 16K then? Who cares. Got to the top of the stairs and the lady that assigns the room asked me for a tip. She was cute to me. I told her if she wanted a tip, she had to come get some of this dick. Me and old girl went off to the room for some fun. I kept a close eye on the clock. Got a little BBBJ then it was time for some old fashioned fucking. I anticipated the knock coming soon so I snatched off the rubber and told her to open her mouth wide. Awww skeet skeet got damn! To the last drop. But she disrespected me by going to the bathroom and spitting it out.

On my way back down I asked the room lady when she would be ready for that tip. When I went back down my dad was at the table with another chick. He told me to ask how much it would cost to take her with him. I said man we got some more places to hit and more chicks to check out. He said a man knows what he wants. I asked for how much time. He said unlimited time. So I made a deal with the chick 200,000 until 4 am. It was 8 pm then. We started walking out and the waiter chased me down for a tip. I gave him 5K and he was happy. I would have given him more had he not thwarted my picture taking efforts.

As we passed one of the casas I saw a chick and said hey I saw you in Atonis a few minutes ago. She was sexy too. We keep telling you the same chicks move around to different places. I only had 10K left I my pocket so I used it to get beverages for them on the way back to the hotel. I asked for the chick's ID so I could give it to the hotel lady. When we got to the desk I dropped the ID and told the lady my dad's room number. Then I ran up to get my ATM card to go grab some money. When I came back down they were still at the desk. The lady was saying something about paying extra money. She thought me and my dad were in the same room, so the girl would make the third guest. I explained to her that we each have our own room and they were booked for 2 people each. That is when I asked the policy. Just like other places you get to bring in one person. Any other people after that and you have to pay a joiner fee for them. Like 40K, which is half of the room price. I left to go to the ATM at the Colpatria building (didn't that used to be the BanColombia building?) and went back to drop the 200K for the girl off to my dad and told him to hide it until it was time for her to go..

You make yourself a victim. I have been asked in Dominican Republic about 20 times but never any other country. I have never given in. I have asked for the embassy and asked to be handed the citation, but I would never ask to be taken anywhere, especially to a police station.

I was walking back around 15 and 22 after finishing up with a girl. I had put my mask in my pocket when I was with the girl. After I got out I bought a smoke and thought I'll put my mask on after I finished it. Unfortunately I waked into an ID check by the cops for a bunch of Venezuelanos. One of the cops stopped me for not wearing a mask. First he asked me for document. I wasnt carrying a copy of my passport either. Luckily I had a passport picture in my phone. I showed it to him and he was ok with that. I aslo pulled out my mask from my pocket an put it on showing him I had a mask. However he kept saying I was supposed to wear it all the time. If I need smoke she shows me I should pull down the mask but it should always be on my face. Then he takes his phone out and types out 300$ is the fine. I was confused. I asked him is it 30 mil pesos. He say no and types in 900 K pesos in his phone. I told him I don't have that kind of money on me and I can give him 50 k. Then this goes on and he keeps dropping his price and wouldn't go below 200 K. I told him all I have is 100 k and I showed it to him and rest of the change I told him I need for my taxi. He asked me to put the money in my jacket pocket as he won't take it from my hand. He then asked me to turn around to make it look like he was patting me down and took the 100 k from my pocket and let me go, again showing me in action to always wear the mask.

I have been wandering around SF for a week or so on my own (after taking the woodman tour on my first night) and this is the first significant event that happened to me other than the few usual grabbing your hands by aggressive chicas at night. I guess more cops are out there today for the Christmas curfew. I don't know the exact form of curfew. I think no alcohol sales is what it is other than shops closing at 10 pm. Not sure what time bars will close and how they will be open without serving alcohol. I went to Oxxo around 5 pm and the liquor section was sealed off.

My advice is if you see the cops (green fluorescent jackets) just cross the street and walk on the other side.

I had entirely too much food so I called my dad to see if he wanted the rest. He didn't so I told him to ask his girl. She did, so I brought it over for her. She answered the door ass nekkit. I think she ended up staying until 6 am. The week after, me, my dad and my middle brother were together. My dad started talking about Google translate. I said what do you know about Google translate. He said the girl had put it on his phone and that is how they were communicating in his room. He said my brother had just went in the other day and deleted the stuff in case my stepmom saw it.

Here is the business card with directions to the Hotel Plus Plaza near centro, it was discussed a few days back and I just found the card from my visit and stay last week.

I don't necessarily recommend this hotel but it just may serve your needs should you have a chica with no ID as they are very lax. I recall the cost is 23 mil for 3 hours. They do have a small garage to park your car below on the ground level, no extra cost. Do not attempt to walk here from centro as it is a shit area, always take taxi or drive your car.

And the 4 hours I spent in the Jacuzzi room with my thin young skinny paisa doing all kinds of nasty stuff was fun but still recovering now over a week later, and even though it is a Jacuzzi they don't have hot water so you need some party favors to feel no pain getting into a tub filled with cold water at 3 AM with your chica and trying to get your dick up in freezing cold hehehehe.

I have now spent enough time in Santa Fe to see patterns in the geographic distribution of the street girls and figure out what works best for me. I have usually gotten my best results with girls on the side of the street across from the rear entrance of La Piscina, which I have come to call "Silicone Alley. " To the south there is a higher concentration of young skinny girls whose cedulas you should check before you partake, as well as some black girls from Cali. To the west, along the street with the rear entrances to Troya and Paisas, the talent and the service is mixed.

The biggest and most significant shift seems to have been in both the numbers and the quality of the girls working the street, relative to the clubs.

Did you miss the party? It seems you are only talking about that one block that La Piscina, Kalifornia, and Troya surround. If you keep walking a few blocks past La Piscina, there are tons more chicks. You stepped into the foyer and spoke as if you had seen the entire house.

Good deal for a 9, if you ask me. Less than $100. If it is a normal 3-4 hrs date.

Could you please share your experience with SA in Bogota?

The problem is that gringos come to town and they pay 9 prices for 6's. I think this is a common problem. I also see it in Asia frequently, where foreigners will be hanging out with these butt ugly girls whom they swear are 9's. In a way, I'm actually really happy for the girls, theres no way they could be earning that money from anyone local, even rich locals. I think anyone new to a country needs a bit of time to really get a sense for what the country has to offer in terms of women. To your comment, indeed a 3-4 hour date with a real 9 is a good deal for $100. I will repeat again, there are no 9's or 10's in Santa Fe.
