I don't have my old passport. The passport renewal process requires that you mail in the old passport to the State Department with the application so it can be replaced with a new one. I can print out a copy of my renewal application and a copy of the webpage where it does show that my passport is currently being processed so I might try that thanks. The last two times I've been to Tijuana they did not even give me an FMM / visa card as I passed through, probably because I was entering on an expired passport. They just had me pay the "fee" (bribe), told me I was good for 7 days, and let me through. I suspect I could do the same (pay the fee) this time around if I don't get my passport in time

If not take your old passport and tell the Mexican immigration that you have a dental appt. They will probably making you buy a FNN / Visa. Take your old Visa form. They will probably accept if it is not to old In the end you should probably have any problems.

So I'm sure this has been asked in the past but I'm wondering about the possibility of crossing into Tijuana (by foot from San Diego) with no passport without problems? I mailed my passport in for renewal back in October and am still waiting for it with a trip planned for mid-February. Given the currently stated 10-12 week processing time for passports, I think it's very likely I get my renewed passport back in time for the trip but would like to have a strategy for getting across the border in case I don't, as I'd rather not reschedule the trip. Is it likely I can still get across (and back into the USA Without too much issue) with just a drivers license and birth certificate? I assume they'd also look to have me pay the $20-$30 "fee" to cross the border but I'm good with that. Could I consider crossing at Otay Mesa? I've never crossed there before but have heard they more times than not don't even check ID at that border crossing? But in general I'm mainly wondering if not having a passport in-hand will be an issue for crossing by foot into Tijuana. I've actually crossed into Tijuana with an EXPIRED passport the past two times I went to Tijuana (both in 2020), though I was pulled into the back room and forced to pay the bribe both of those times. But if the State Department doesn't mail my renewed passport back within the next 4 weeks I won't have any sort of passport in hand.

Without a actual passport they will not let you buy 6 month 30 dollar tourist pass. Best you can hope for is they wave you in at 20 dollars. That's what happened with me. But its 1 time entrance and no paperwork.

Just recently booked my 3rd trip to Tijuana later this month.

I always park at ticuan even if I'm not staying there. Seems very safe to me. If you already have SENTRI then adding a vehicle won't take long at all. A couple weeks if I remember correctly.

Nothing personal, it's your money, do what you want. But interviewing 5 - 10 girls before each selection? That seems way beyond picky and bordering on OCD. My advice is to become more fluent in Spanish and you can get a feel for the girl's personality way more quickly.

The fischa program in Tijuana combined with the reality that hoards of chicas without any training, coaching or standards of sessions regularly flood the clubs. In other words, you can't just assume you'll get a good session you need to do some interacting and investigating beforehand. Often you may need to talk to 5-10 chicas before finding a good one. It's better to do so without buying a $10 (with tip) every 5-15 minutes.

Let's start with a pretty high budget to illustrate. A $500 a day / night (24 hours) budget. Now for $500 a day I'm going to have lots of fun with quality chicks at least close to GFE. So let's say I do 4 arribbas every 24 hours, 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon, 1 in the evening, and 1 around midnight. Even keeping to $80 per session that's $320.

Budget about $50 a night for hotel and $30 a day for food. For $500 a day I should eat somewhat good. Your now up to $400, plus another $25 for drinking, $425, you'll need some money for tipping. Now your down to almost none left for fischas to stay within your $500 budget.

Beyond $500 a day. Some might say why not just go $100 over budget or maybe $200 over budget. For yet a larger budget though, I would want to stick to only the very top chicas, so increase the per Arriba cost to $100. I might also want eat & drink more and better, so the budget for fischas would still be low.

$1,000 a day budget. For this budget I'd want to stay in top hotel accommodations, might want to do 2 girls sessions, overnight sessions, perhaps go the escort route to get some extra services like CIM, DFK, etc. 3 regular premium arribas = $300,2 girl escort session $200, overnight session = $300? Those estimates with my hotel & food is probably over $1,000.

The issue in my mind is that increasing budget should go towards more & better sexual sessions first & also better hotel food next. Until I get up to maybe $1,500 a day, which seems absurd to me can I get to justifying the $10 per mini fake alcohol drink Tijuana Ficha drink game.

$1 K - $1. 5 K per day? That's insane.

I don't think the problem is ficha drinks, I think the problem is your approach. Nothing personal, it's your money, do what you want. But interviewing 5 - 10 girls before each selection? That border line on foot returning is my biggest pet peeve in life right now. It significantly cut into my budget as I can't sleep in Tijuana any more, can't pursue many tinder opportunities in Tijuana. Its important to make clear, how bad that line is now. Last week a Mexican guy on line next to me with papers to work in USA missed his flight. We were on line 4 hours. I told him from the get go expect 3 to 3 half hours. He was not allowed to use that bus to cut the line since thata only for Americans or at least not Mexicans. Since its supposed to be for medical tourism. Anyway the line goes very bad by 6 am. Before 6 am its probably 90 minutes. By 730 its generally 3 to 4 hours till 6 pm at which point it decreases. From around 8 pm to 330 am is the window to go and have no line or hour and less. The issue is the line cutting. Between the medical pass bus, and people who walk to the front on the disabled line. If you look over 55 you can just walk on that line and get through in 25 minutes as there's nobody in charge. If you have a cane at home bring it. What you will see is hundreds of 40,50 year olds with canes running to the front of the line while you are standing inside for 4 hours.
