Not sure how this applies to other mongers so I will give you my honest performance facts (note-only applies to me as others will vary).

Unfortunate news, but Geylang RLD has been ordered to close from 26/03/2020 till 30/04/2020. This news is accurate at time of posting, but anything can happen before it opens again. Looks like it might not open again in a long while.

In view of past reports that the government wants to "gentrify" the Geylang area, this may be the opportunity to get rid of the houses for good?
