LOL I said I'm taking a break from the drama of this board. I didn't say I'd take a break from mujeres. Haha I have not seen Corema lately. I hope she is well. It's been even longer since I sessioned with her. The last two times I've seen her, I've just given her a nice tip while she was on the streets. You're right. Taking a break does feel like I'm allowing the ignorant people to win. Perhaps a better approach is just ignoring ignorance. That's easier said than done. But engaging with them only emboldens them. They gain some sense of credibility that is clearly unwarranted. So I suppose I'll commit to laughing at their limited mental capacity and their obviously stunted social capabilities. I do hope this board moves past this stupid shit, especially for the sake of the newbies. I don't have decades of experiences. My Tijuana experience is limited to the last 6 years. But I believe I probably have more experience particularly over the last 3 years than some of those decades long Tijuana vets. Regardless, the value of this board is sharing experiences and opinions. 99% of the problems on this board are due to know it all claiming that their experiences are the only possibility. We'd all be much better off sharing our experiences and recognizing the age old adage, YMMV.

I've been amused, but highly disappointed in this thread lately. In other "stupid. " threads, there's humorous anecdotes about personal misfortunes and unusual quirks of the area. We have devolved into personal insults, who's wallet is bigger, who said what (honestly, nobody cares), and just plain anger.

I won't ever tell you what to do, how to post, or who to believe. However, I believe these are some basic understandigs in any particular thread that will help us all.

1. If the thread is "Stupid Shit in Tijuana" - keep it germaine to "Tijuana". If you like to have one in your city, create a new thread and share there.

2. Calling someone stupid, thug or other derogatory names and insults will result in further escalation and distrust.

3. MOST reports are embellished, don't take it as gospel. Enjoy the fantastic stories and take away some underlying nuggets that you can use in your next outing.

If you start seeing the same kind of postings (over and over again), you can ignore the poster (s) and read from other posters. If a tip didn't work, report about how you went about working that tip. Sometimes, it is just a matter of YMMV situation, or the approach is slightly different.

I will continue to read this thread because I believe there are tons of good information that will be provided going forward.
