Thanks for making this list. What would your list look like for a 40 yr old?

Some background I'm a 63 year old white man from the usa with below average looks.

This is my list of favorite destinations if I was in my 30 or 40 s the list would be different.

This list is the total package accommodation, food the price of beer and price of entertainment.

In the last 3 years I have been to all the places on my list.

1. Mtwapa (2 visit).

Meet girls online, beach, on the street everyway also girlie pickup bars food is so cheap here.

The dollars is strong here.

2 kampala (1 visit).

Meet girls on line some great clubs where you can meet non working girls also they have girlie.

Pickup bars cheapest place to drink beer that I've been the dollars is very strong here the best value for.

A all night visit.

3 nairobi (3 visit).

Meet girls one line a lot of clubs to meet normal girls and oh course black diamond to meet working girl.

K1 is a good place to meet women also pro and non pro since its a big city kinda expensive.

4 cebu (10 visit).

Really focus on the dating sites so many women also can meet at the mall some girlie go go.

Bars but a waste of time. Also they have some nice disco to go but be carefull of the lady boys.

It s easy to get around cebu the the air con taxi are very cheap for a western the dollars is ok here.

5 angeles city (15 visit).

If I was in my 30 or 40 it may be at the top of my list around 100 girlie go go bars you pick a girl on the stage.

Agree on the terms off you go 20 years ago good value now the price and gone up so much.

Also a lot of expats live in angles so whatever country you are from you can find someone from your country.

6 montego bay jamacia (6 visits).

Meet girls on line a couple of good clubs you can meet non pro girls also you can meet some girls at he beach.

Its close to the states so I never have jet lag can hit the ground running only place I don't drink beer the rum is.

Good and cheap I don't really like the beer red stripe also the dollars is very strong here hotels are over priced.

7 pattaya (2 visits).

So many bars and massage parlors like being a kid in a candy store the best value is soi 6 . in all my travels the best value for a nice cheap clean hotel is pattaya the only english the thai women know is shorttimes ehheheh the price of.

Enterainment is high for short time nice to see the girls in the bar dancing in the nude the dollars value not to good.

8 Bangkok (2 visit) it s ok for a short time to visit a lot of streetwalkers some nice girlie go go bars but to many lady.

Boys Nana plaza is ok and soi cowboy is ok dollars is very weak here.

9 manila (10 visit) if you like big crowded cities whit awful tracffic its the place for you.

Meet girls at the mall and online or go to la cafe a huge pickup place.

On my list of place to go is Bali and the unkraine and south africa.

Bali is possibly the worst place in Indonesia for mongering. The influx of cashed up short time tourists leads to girls that come from elsewhere just to rack up as much money ASAP. Very hardened and not service focused at all. Jakarta is much better if you want foreigner friendly. You seem to like the less developed places too so try Bandung, Jogjakarta or Surabaya. Sulawesi has some gorgeous girls.

What you ought to consider is who is doing the asking. This could be a guy who's never had a girlfriend in his life, and who can't get laid in his own country. A situation, in other words, that no one here has experienced, or can relate to.

She told me the nearest airport to her home is Clark and never told me she would meet me at the airport. In fact she has no idea where the bus from her town will drop her off when she meets me. She will go to the bus terminal to get information.

She does not have a passport and only has her college identification which is now expired.

As far as the $200 I gave her, big deal! She did not ask for the money I sent it to her. Guys in the US would pay much more than that to video chat with someone that looks like her. Fortunately I have a very successful career and even if she just a "dream," the pleasure of video chatting with her on a daily basis makes the $200 money well spent.

Hopefully, the Philippines will open shortly. I did speak with someone at the Philippines consulate in the US and I was told travel may open by March. I can only hope.

Viper, as some have said you're getting a lot of negative comments on this and I hope you understand that most of us here are just telling you what we have seen or done and sometimes wish someone would have told us. But to each his own and if this is the avenue you wish to pursue good luck.

One thing I want to ask is what time do you normally chat with this lady? The reason I ask is if she chats during your daytime that means that it's night time in the PI and if one were to check on those sites like Meet Me, Tagged, etc. You would see those are the busy hours for those young lady's to ply their trade. I've seen them do a complete time zone shift to sleep during the day and lurk at night online. Why is that? One told me the honest truth, Pinoy boys at home don't have the money to buy "gifts" from those sites, so they go where the money is. That means if she is talking to you during your daytime, she is up all night just chatting away where the money is. Just something to think about before going into this.

As others have said, slow it down, take a trip to the PI and just go to tour and then see the lady and make sure that this is something you really want. Not sure how old you are but back in the 80's Eddie Murphy did a comedy stand-up routine in of his earlier films where he was going to marry an African woman because they weren't going to be jaded like American women and once he got her back to the USA the American women taught her a very frightening word: "Half" so when she is ready to divorceafter he makes $100 million and she makes $110 at a store selling gifts she said "I want Half!" I want to play the other side of the coin for a moment. What you want has about a 1 percent change of working out in my mind. If that's okay for you, then, as a believer in love, you should make a go at it, but be reasonable. And go in knowing that you don't know much about this country or the women of it. You're job is to find out as much as you can. You'll likely be disapointed by this particular woman, I'm sad to say. But there is a chance you won't be and you will live happily ever after.

I know some people have said that choosing clark is a red flag. But in my opinion, clark is a natural choice, if she thinks you are flying in. The red light district of Angeles is pretty small and distinct from Clark. Clark is a legitimate growing business area, at least before the pandemic. Who knows what it will be like after. But it doesn't throw any red flags for me. She's from zambales, Clark is the nearest airport where she can meet you at. It also could be that she just doesn't know that many places.

Theres also some nice hotels in Clark. I believe there is a holiday inn there that is pretty nice.

Some good advice from other board members. Go sow some of your seeds. Do some normal stuff before you settle down and meet her. There are a lot of filipinas out there. I suggest marrying a rich one if you can. You can kill off a whole class of future problems this way. Filipinas are romantics, and fall in love easily. Theres a lot of them without many good marraige prospects. If you're really into getting married and are geniune about it, that's a huge card you have to play.

The posts below point to bunch of books about how women drain the energy and life of men. This is actually very old knowledge. Mature societies such as Greece and judaism celebrate same sex friendships for emotional support rather than placing all their eggs in one basket, a woman, which is what western society promotes. A single point of failure. And one that encourages GDP consumption, being a work slave and fleeced by taxes without any reciprocation by corrupt politicians who only listen to their lobbyist paymasters and will not even meet their free constituents. Elections are PR.

Men who fail to develop strong long term friendships (and thus social connection) and robust self esteem are fragile. Looking for a magic carpet ride from a single female to fill this vacuum is doomed to failure. Women also get fucked over building their future on a single point of failure. For men, put down the booze as self medication, work out (this creates potent brain chemicals), sleep well and realize porn is just another monkey brain stimulant. We need to get self-control, good, trusted friends or relatives and be aware of triggers that control us. The brain is a useful tool, but like an aircraft, it will go haywire unless properly managed and we recognize and avoid fooling ourselves with magic thinking, drama, fucked people and fucked economies.

3rd world countries amplify this insane hope a woman will make us whole, because it is transactional. The girls trade looks and sex for security like anywhere, but unlike the west are relative cultural and educational aliens with divided loyalties. They see fat, flabby white men (or fit young ones) as their meal ticket, just as sugar babies in the US do. There is no discrimination by flips on race or age, only money. The long line or honey and lonely men have themselves to blame, and going to Asia to solve the empty self will fail. It is down to YOU to fix the foundations.

By all means go on a diving trip, a nice swim, cold beer, chill, some young women to enjoy, but remember why they hanging out. Don't let monkey brain and oxytocin confuse you. They are garnish. The main meal is you living happily in your own skin.

An expired college ID will get you pretty far in the philippines. I'm not suprised she was able to pick up the money.

You are going to do what you will do and Good Luck with that. I've been criticized myself for some of my approaches to dealing with women I've discussed here. But there is one thing you really need to be aware of.

If she has no ID, and the only one is a college ID which has expired, how did she cash the money you sent to her? You have to have some type of ID to get it cashed. So she used a fake ID? Then that means either you are not knowing her real name or she gave you some reason why she used that name that sounded plausible. Or, you were asked to send it to her brother / sister / cousin, etc. To cash it in for her. Though I'm not trying to be suspicious, that sounds a little scammy.

You say you have done well in business and can afford this, well I ask that you use some of that business sense and apply it to this situation. Ask yourself, with the amount of advice and things being brought up to you, would you actually enter a deal for work with the same details?

No ID will catch up to one at the great arbiter, the US Embassy there. When I was going through the process with my current wife, who is a Japanese citizen coming from the land of "organization for organizations sake" we had to present all types of forms, income made, health data, etc. To the Embassy in Tokyo just to get her Green Card submitted. While I was there, there was an American trying to get his Pinay "girlfriend" in the process. It was interesting to watch since it was an open bay area, when the US government person was asking for proof of relationship since they had only been together for a short time and he had to start providing pictures of them from various times to show that he had indeed been knowing her. He was coming in as one of the US citizens working for the bases here, and thought he could get away. I didn't get to see the end of it all but before I left, they were having a "moment of truth" when all of a sudden those youngster who had been his girls nieces all of a sudden came up with a more closer relationship (I. E. They were actually hers) and the Embassy staff started showing him all of the forms that stated if he sponsors her and family he would be liable to support them and they wouldn't be eligible for any public assistance (this was in 2008) which was and still is the law. We were leaving when he had to pull her to the side to get to the bottom line. Wish I could have stayed to see it. Made my long wait time and fees paid well worth it.

If you think this is the right path for you, head down it. But don't come back here 6 months later complaining about what happened. You can do that, expect to get heaped on by the Lurkers, and afterwards we will welcome you into the official club of "Lurkering!
