Boots on the ground are saying that the new Walking St bar "Sensations a gogo" was raided a couple of days ago. Korean owners and all the girls taken to jail, the girls were released after "fines" were paid. Someone even posted about this on YouTube. Apparently girls were dancing naked on stage which is a huge red flag in AC.

I don't know what the owners were thinking. There hasn't been nude dancing in AC bars for years so to do it during Covid is just dumb. Even the name "a gogo" doesn't make sense because nobody uses that term in AC, they just call them bars or girly bars. Either the owners are dumb as rocks, thought they were above the law or just didn't pay the right people.

Anyway, it seems that the green shoots of the AC bar scene have been stamped on with an iron boot.

Totally false, is a legit bar with food service from Kandi Bistro. There are some freelancers there in the evening but that does not make it a go go bar. Nothing about the operation is illegal, I was there Saturday night.

Under the Phill's republic act 1036 (human trafficking act) anyone who is caught in the act of soliciting prostitutes or making pornographic movies by paying prostitutes is in the eyes of the law guilty of human trafficking which carries a mandatory 20-year jail sentence and a large fine, I'm sure these movie Makers were fully aware of the law and the consequences, they chose to either disregard the law or take their chances and got caught, their lives as they know it is over, everybody takes a certain chance by visiting the Phill's To sample pinay flesh, upset someone or get caught in a sting then no good blaming anyone but ourselves we knew the risks.

I can't say for sure. I don't think they have a gogo bar on the roof LOL. Just a bar / lounge that operated during ecq and mecq (which was a grey area as the building is technically a residence, but also against the rules because outsiders could use the bar). Same as many other condos in AC with rooftop bars / restos.

It was at Kandi, where this stuff couldn't be any more ubiquitous. Has to be something major for police to even think of stepping onto those premises. Definitely wasn't a random raid in my books, they were unleashed on him, and cases like this usually involve someone who wants or wanted to get paid.

If it was indeed "forced" meaning rape, then they deserve whatever is coming to them. But often, that's not the whole story.
