I'm a fan of Ticuan. Very clean. Reliable and reasonably sufficient WIFI for work. I am allergic to exercise, as my body will attest to. But the walk is really easy from Ticuan. 15 minutes. I've been a regular with the agencies in Tijuana for a few years and occasionally dabble in the club scene. Never tried an independent girl though.
