Ok- I am german resident. No 15 km-radius restrictions for most of us. While some things are opening (e. G. Schools) - this opening is likely only temporary. Consensus is that there is a 3rd wave of the british mutant piling up. Numbers just start to increase yet again and since our politician are very slow, it will be likely severe. Vaccination effort is immensely slow, BTW in relative percentage points we are lagging behind UK, US etc tremendously.

If I had to guess, there won't be an re-opening of amusement parks, nightclubs and FKK land before May 1. Maybe June 1 if we are lucky. My bets is currently on Aug 1.

My friends in Bayern and Stuttgart say that the radius restriction is in place where they live. It appears that it varies from one Bundesland to another. Article below states that not all states are enforcing the rule, or perhaps you live in an area with low case numbers, Hamburg?

Somewhat concerning is that this week's numbers did not show a rapid decline when compared to recent weeks, but rather plateau'the from last week. Either an increase is on the horizon or we are witnessing a baseline level of spread given the current moderate restrictions.

Attached regional map shows the highest number of cases in Saxony and Bayern (because of proximity to the Czech border). My suspicion is that all of the stress is due to Germany's greatest concern now being the "Eastern Front. " History must think she's being funny.

I agree with your estimates regarding reopening dates. Hoping for May, betting on August.

The role of variants in extending the pandemic cannot be determined with complete certainty but we can make some reasonable educated guesses on how things will play out. All variants so far have been identified prior to the Christmas surge with some having been identified as early as last summer. The most notable ones were found to be circulating in greatest numbers prior to Christmas. But despite that, the case incidence has spiked and has since come back down. And the mutations apparently just made them more transmissible but has not proven to show a higher mortality.

Looking at the major variants and their regions of origin (UK, South Africa, Brazil, Japan, California), those areas seem to have seen a peak after Christmas and the incidence has since come down. Brazil is the only place where the decreases have not been drastic. But Brazil has been known to have enforced very little regulations.

Things may change and a "super mutant" that is capable of escaping recognition by the immune response elicited by all major vaccines is possible but the chances are small.

Obviously an opening date for Sharks or any FKK is purely down to speculation at this early stage.

However anyone who lives in Germany who can give relative updates on the Corona / lockdown situation over there are always appreciated as any first steps towards normality can only bring the reopening of these venues a step closer.

Living in the UK the return of regular flights without quarantine to Germany or indeed to anywhere is a few months away and only then could I turn my attention to returning to watching dozens of naked women vying for my body. Or more specifically my wallet!

Not going to get much first hand info about the situation in Germany right now on this forum. Not many German residents posting here right now. I only know one currently active poster who lives there. Perhaps that poster can shed some light. It sounds like the biggest restraint is the 15 km leash that people have.

A female friend in Bavaria says that border restrictions with Czech and Western Austria are due to rising case numbers in Eastern Europe and some fears of the be. 1. 1. 7 variant that is more prevalent in that region. As of now, current restrictions were extended until 7. March. Their safe threshold is 35 cases per 100,000 people per week. Their current weekly incidence rate is around 65 cases per 100 K per week. Basically that's about 7000 total cases per day when they need to get to about 4000 total cases per day. Hopefully the trend of decreasing cases continues and they start easing restrictions.

My personal opinion is that the best case scenario is some clubs opening in May but that's likely too optimistic. But with vaccines distribution surely to improve, it's hard to see a situation where German society isn't mostly open by the end of the summer. Opening venues such as sex clubs obviously has the highest threshold so it is more difficult to predict.

Maybe I felt guilty you didn't enjoy my previous night advice at LR, when your French friend was so crazy about her. Did she take 5 towels with you and proposed you: I can do everything for you? But really everything, but I prefer risk when free riding, less dangerous for me, and she was really not pretty enough for my desire.
