Yeah very weird, says something like "country not allowed". They first told me it's a bug, then came back and told me actually it's blocked. But it kind-of still works if I remove all other locations, set Kiev as default and reset the search. Hope they don't lock it down further.

Many buildings have a lady like that. She won't be much hassles, in fact, she's your best help in some situations. So just keep her happy.

When I first time enter a new building, I'll greet, but I'll keep distance and a stern look. I had two occasions like this.
