Have a read over the last 3-4 pages of the forum, there have been at least two recent reports of good Arab MP sessions. Pricing for these ladies is going to be 300-400 for B2 B usually but you can always try to negotiate.

Pretty much all the places in Deira have access to arab ladies, and as a first stop you could go to the hotel which has the same name as a retired supersonic jet. There is a place on the lobby mezzanine.

I've recently visited a deira happy place (different chain apparently, where they wear white and red). This particular branch moved recently to a hotel near the airport. Went for a 1 hour massage with a tanned masseuse. There are only six girls so not much to pick from.
