But doesn't allow smoking. Many places don't allow smoking. Many places have checked the marks, but no hot water. A balcony is nice, but only necessary if I can't smoke inside the unit. I'm on vacation. I need the place to allow smoking. I have a nice place, balcony, seems like comfy bed from reviews, decent wifi, guest friendly. But no hot water. It is what it is. I guess I'll cut the AC off and hope the shower actually refreshes me! LOL.

Won't stay at a place without hot water for hygiene reason and general quality of the building: good places tend to have hot water. Also, it's not how tepid or cold water is but how comfortable are you and your girls with cold water; also heat takes its toll on the body, you don't need to feel temperature contrasts.
