It's available everywhere, just as easy in Rio as in So Paulo, sometimes extra cost, sometimes not, depends on the girl & your interaction with her. Can anyone in Rio give an update on the on-the-ground situation? I've been to Rio once in 2017 and me and a friend were planning on coming the 4/2 weekend for 2 weeks. But now I'm not sure whether we should just wait if the bars / clubs are closed. Last time I was there, me and my friends went to Dolce Vita. And I liked the scene of picking up pros / 'working college girls' at a club environment (we didn't visit the termas).

Centro termas open, official till 21.00 on, why, that means they are not letting you in after that hour but the party goes on much later. Was at T65 yesterday, only left at 23.30, heard they were staying open till 2 am.

I spoke with a contact here about the covid guidance in SP.

He said that a business owner there was arrested for not complying, handcuffed, put in jail, had his head and beard shaved. Despite a judge releasing him, he now has a criminal record which prevents certain opportunities. So, this issue is in controversy.
