Posts: 6732A healthy new beginning would at least be to unemployed all the wannabe doctors and nurses out there. And re-educate them in communication science and IT for 7 years. And then have them start learning GAN networks and IT programming skills.

Are you going to argue against this also? The end result of my claim is exactly the same. Just one error in wording.

Posts: 318Progress is possible with vaccination
Over 95% of people aged 60+ have had a first dose of Covid vaccine in England. That is simply stunning. Uptake way beyond expectations.
The daily totals for the whole of the UK on Sunday 28th March were: new infections 3,862 & deaths totaled 19.
Figures up to Saturday 27th March were: First dose of vaccine: 30,151,287 people. Second dose of vaccine: 3,527,481 people.
AstraZeneca recent results for its US Covid vaccine trials:
Vaccine efficacy 76% against symptomatic infection Among over 65's efficacy 85%.
Efficacy against severe disease 100%.
The statistics above clearly show that vaccination is the way to go to get out of this horrible mess the whole world is in.
The UK from today has eased lockdown restrictions and in two weeks bars, restaurants can open outside with Gyms, barbers, non essential shops all allowed to open.
I read with distress how depressingly slow and uncoordinated the vaccine roll out has been in Germany especially when it's always considered in the UK that German society is better organised than us.
Come on Germany get it sorted, I need to return to your clubs!

Posts: 22412When Germany should reach 80 000 deaths under UK mutant, even closing their borders inside EU and when under strict lockdown with schools being closed, since Christmas and at least until 18 April and pretty sure for longer, when elections to come after Summer and safety should be a important point, when naive EU sent 21 millions vaccine to UK so UK can vaccine with our vaccine, when we wait to receive from them, but 0 received, so we can t vaccine and many in Germany, France, Belgium die. For German brothels, say thank You to Chinese lies, and Boris Johnson who behave same like Trump. Belgium also closing inside EU borders. Brothels should wait a bit, even heat which should arrive, should help for less deaths, when peak for cases on March / April and UK mutant kill more, as told UK, but spread after brexit gift.

Fully open doesn't work. See Brazil and Mexico.
Leaning on open with some restrictions. Doesn't work. See Sweden and large parts of the USA.
Leaning on closed but with a non-compliant population, doesn't work. See most of Europe and some parts of the USA.
Very restricted island (Figuratively and geographically). Sucks. No one wants it. Has very obvious negatives. Is the only strategy that has proven to suppress covid cases. See New Zealand, Iceland, Vietnam, Thailand, Ireland, UK after holiday lockdown.
There's your answer. But are you willing to accept it?

I come back here after months, and see all these very complicated discussions. Can someone please dumb it down for me? How is the lockdown working for Europe (or anywhere for that matter)? Is it reducing death rates and case rates months over months (or even year over year)? If yes, great. Let's keep everything including FKKs closed forever. If not, please can everything including FKKs be back open normal. Like they did in Florida and Texas in USA? I know many of you will try to respond with too much technical / clinical / biological "scientific" details, that's all good, but let's get back to basics. If something is working at the summary level, keep doing it. If something is not working at the summary level after a year of trying, scarp that strategy, right?

And that's because these types of people are not the type to invest in the hard work that requires learning concepts that build on top of each other. It's part of his entitlement mindset and upbringing. Arrogant yet too lazy to put in the hard work to back it up. They're the same types all over the western world sharing the same characteristics: Unskilled and lazy, yet somehow arrogant in their ignorance. Too many participation trophies give them a false sense of confidence. I bet he has zero first place trophies from childhood.

Again, respect for not being a part of that pitiful crowd.
That being said, perhaps the next step is considering whether your words and thoughts reflect elements of xenophobia or cultural elitism. Statements such as not worrying about club bosses because they are foreigners reflect a sentiment in which a person's nationality or even ethnicity determines whether their well-being is worthy of consideration. If it was about foreigners in your own country, perhaps that may even be perceived as looking out for the good of your fellow countrymen. But your sentiments are extended beyond your own national borders and toward Germany. That suggests that your sentiments reflect a hierarchal stratification of consideration for humans that are not ethnic northern / western European.
