Posts: 1264Bad news is getting ready to hit Cartagena
This looks like bad news is getting ready to hit Cartagena this article was written on April the 6th I'm writing this post at midnight EST so by the time both of you read this on April 7th they may have already announced the new restrictions. Shit just got ugly down there. They have strains of the virus now that are more contagious and more deadly so a greater number of people end up in ICU
https://www.eluniversal.com.co/cartagena/nuevas-restricciones-por-covid-19-en-cartagena-esperan-aprobacion-XM4439088
"This scenario led to the city's Intensive Care Units (ICU) occupancy going from 53% on March 26 to 69% on April 5, that is, more than 15 additional percentage points. The president explained that more restrictive measures will be adapted, but without paralyzing the city. The mayor explained that before announcing the changes, they must be reviewed by the Ministries of the Interior and Health, so it is expected that they can be approved no later than tomorrow. "It is still premature to say the measures, because they must necessarily go through the Ministry of the Interior, in Bogota, and they in turn pass it on to the Ministry of Health, we hope to make them known by tomorrow at the latest." - The mayor.
That article states that there is "rumor" or it says "audio" but I take it as a rumor going around that they are putting the city on complete lockdown, but health minister said that is a bullshit rumor (my wording not his of course) and the president has promised not to completely paralyze the city.
According to this article the hospital system in Bolivar had been filling up already from overflow from the surrounding departments of Sucre, Atlantico, Magdalena and Cordoba because "they previously declared the collapse of their hospital network" (I assume he just means over they overflowed) so this includes Santa Marta and Barranquilla. That is some fucked up shit.

I am going to throw out a crazy suggestion though, you can strike it up as crazy but this is something I personally would consider doing. If I was there and I got some time to be at say the clock tower because talk is very much looking like they are not going to allow the clubs to be open period. So I think I would start considering asking chicas not just for their Whatsapp number but also to see the last digits of their cedula , if they do end up starting that shit where certain numbers on cedulas determine who can go out on certain days then it would help to know which chicas to message on which days.
Also need to keep ear to the ground and see if they start breaking up the crowds at the Clock Tower then the SWs may move somewhere else.

Greetings all,
I had originally planned to stay in Medellin 4/9-4/18, however, due to the curfew in Medellin I decided to just stay in Medellin a few nights and then head to Cartagena for the remainder of my trip for obvious reasons. I figure with all of the work I did on SA and FB to set up some real cute girls I should at least swing through Medellin and say Hi to some of them.
Apologies if this question has already been answered recently but I looked back and couldn't find a clear cut answer. My question: Is there any restrictions or requirements to fly domestically from Medellin to Cartagena and then back to Medellin? Specifically, is there any type of Covid test requirement to get on a domestic flight? Just trying to be sure I plan ahead and am prepared.
Side note: If anyone plans on being in Medellin April 9-13 or Cartagena April 14-18 hit me up and maybe we can meet for a beer.
Cheers!

If you have a domestic flight in the US its the worst.
Have your negative PCR test printed out and fill at the iiMIG form before you get to the airport.
Its better to be vaccinated, of course.
12 am curfew is not an issue for me. Late night bad things happen, always. But the curfew are enforced by city.......

I am sure our best bet is Clock Tower but it seems I would want to grab a girl from there and maybe take her to the club. Are Delirium and Dolce Vita worth even going Monday to Wednesday to find talent ?
Also, to clarify the curfew is midnight on all nights except for the weekends.
