I too would love to find a Mexican City near the coast kind of like Cartagena or Medellin as well. I don't think there are any quite like that in Mexico with pros and semi-pros just strolling around looking for clients. The good news is that there are other options and its still very easy to score some very attractive pros for prices much cheaper than the USA in places like CDMX, GDL, and Monterrey. I think if there were any beach towns like Cartagena or Sosua in Mexico, they would be common knowledge on the forum.
