I think once the borders open, things will change quickly. For now, I would be grateful that there appear to be 3 privats that are open in Prague. Back when I was there a few years ago, there seemed like there were 7-8 that were open.

I definitely hit a nerve with the locals on my last post. We should definitely not all act like horny sailors back on dry land and overpay for services. There are tons of privats all over Prague. If you visit Svetaci dot info, Tapky dot info and Sex dot cz, you will find hundreds of listings and a map on sex dot cz / mapy. Perhaps you can PM Kulajda for some recent finds, as he mentions Top Privat for one of his finds. This place charges 1500 CZK base for an hour, but during Happy Hour, the price drops down to 1200 CZK, if that still applies. Perhaps we can continue this discussion on PM.

It gives me no pleasure to call out a longstanding and well-respected member of this community, but I can't help but notice the irony of two posts from FiddyCent advising us that "the locals won't pay" 2000/ hour but "you can afford it" sandwiching complaints from other members that average prices are on the increase.

The locals can also afford to pay 2000/ hour. They don't because there is no logic to paying a 33% premium and getting the same or (in many documented cases) worse service.

Only a few months back I visited a lovely girl at Top (1500/ hour) and had an absolutely amazing time. A few weeks later she moved to Sex In Prague (1800/ hour). It's the same girl, suddenly 20% more expensive. And there's no way she became 20% wilder in bed, because she had nothing left to give when she was with me.

But the tourists are going to come, decide that 20/30% more than they could be paying is still less than they would spend back home, and "prove" that the demand is there.

Caveat: I am not talking about the line-up clubs. Locals usually don't go there. And you could argue that the longer opening hours, more girls and opportunity to talk to a girl first justify the extra price. I am also not talking about high-end escorts who will take you to dinner, give you a tour of the city, engage in pleasant conversation and provide other not-directly-sexual services. Locals are not interested in those services either, but clearly there is a value add for the right client.

By coming to this privat, which has now moved close to the Dancing building in Prague 1, must have other features which cater to the tourist. Reports did say that the apartment was really nice, and perhaps nicer than than the place near Karlin in Prague 3. I agree that this privat does charge more for the hourly base rate, but it is better than going to Showpark which charges 2000 CZK for 30 minutes. Here I am merely outlining the options for my friend FlAdventurer which have seen many privats close. I just did not want to steer him away from Privat Prague and over to Showpark.

On the Czech forums, this privat is downgraded, not because of the girls, but because their starting rate is 2000 CZK per hour. This is a slightly old post. I was visiting Prague with family, so didn't have too much time to explore. Needed something easy and quick in that little time that I could get out. Visited Show Park Market twice. The place is easy to find, and getting the Pass is simple and reasonable. It was a*wham bam thank you maam*experience for me. I recommend this place for someone who wants a quick in-and-out deal with no frills.
