Your best bet is to go to King George bar and have a couple of drinks and talk to the ladies. I suggest going after lunch say 2-3 pm, as the girls seem to gather there before heading to the strip club next door. The more I think about it the more I think the smaller girl is named Carolina, not Katerina. Anyway, on my second visit I chose Carolina, full service for the same price. It appears that Los Anatorches is completely gone, due to new construction. At least that's what it looked like when my taxi drove by. Observing from the taxi ride into town, it appeared that many of the legit, or semi-legit places north of the Malecon have vanished, too.

I wandered up Basilio Badillo looking to see what MP's are still operating. Didn't see Coni in the last location I visited, but a couple storefronts away was Serenity.
