Sampled a few agencies recently and here's my experience for those interested:

La Celestina: seems to be popular in Colombia forums. They responded very quickly to inquiries. However, most ladies listed as available on the site are actually not available. Curiously, they asked for a 50 k deposit before they sent the lady over. Their claim was that it was for the 'safety' of the girl. Felt like those listcrawler scammers, so I moved on.

I'm surprised La Celestina asked for a deposit. Did you speak with them in Spanish and where did you call the girl to? They have never asked me for a deposit and they are pretty well reputed, at least in Bogota. I can vouch that they are a legit agency but I can tell you from experience that a lot of those girls are available on the other prepago sites for lower rates. The advantage of using them is that the pictures they post are fairly accurate but some of them are a couple of months old or have airbrushed tattoos.

He gets threatened in the second one and told not to go back.

He said in his comments that he went back a third time and made another video but a group of the guys there beat him up and took his camera and a random woman had to beg them to stop and let him leave.

Doesn't seem to be worth the risk of filming at night there.

Tried mezzanine, and selection was solid as always. Selected a hottie going by Mina / Mira or something close. Energetic, but standard session, CBJ, no kissing. I'm glad there is an update on the casas especially Mezzanine. I had a great time there though the rooms are ridiculously small and I hate getting mobbed (it always seemed there were four or five ladies at the last door and they always mob you. Interestingly Princesitas is right down the street from the Wing Stop where I am convinced my credit card info was stolen and someone attempted to charge Amazon products.

You don't need to waste your money on a tour. Just scout out between Cal 22 and 24, Car 16 A and Caracas, you'll find more than enough. Also, multiple hotels in the area within walking distance.
